I did not have a good experience.Package was supposed to go to Quesnel but went to Williams Lzke, then sent it through Quesnel to Prince George. Then to New Westminster, then to Quesnal the day after I left. I then had it returned to sender. It made a few more moves, then ended up in Merritt. Where I picked it up at the cost of $160.00. If it was sent to Quesnel in the first place, I could have used it, just a complete waste of time and .money

It would be nice if your website was updated. I checked it on Dec. 27 which said opens at 9:30. So I drove up the hill from town. There were 2 vehicles leaving the parking lot when I arrived. Then I see the sign on the door saying closed 25, 26 & 27th. Why did the Quesnel website not say that? A lot of wasted trips for people.

There is an ongoing issue with this Depot refusing to call customers when items arrive, despite very clear instruction on all parcels received by them with a telephone number. You cannot call them as they do not answer, there is no way to leave a message and the web site gives inaccurate description to location of parcels. I.E Pickup in P.G when I live by Quesnel.
As I live out of town this has become a constant waste of time ,money and fuel dealing with this company to get my items, for years now..

This lady who is running the place delivers outstanding service to her customers. Why not five stars? To shorten the opening hours to 4pm is during weekdays a challenge for some of us. Yes, Tuesday is really convenient with the opening hours until 7pm. I don't know if I'm the only person who are raced over 40km to town to pick up a parcel and did face closed doors. No happy ending for me today.

I order some things off Shein. I followed the tracking for when it arrived at Puralator. I got a call August 21st that my package had arrived. I was just there 20 minutes earlier picking up two other things. So I wasn't coming back that day. I come back Tuesday for my package and they had sent it back already. Hadn't been 5 business days. I keep checking Shien for updates and still nothing. I am very upset.
