OMG, I have been shipping with them for forever. They are the greatest.I totally recommend. My shipment has always reached on time and intact. Nothing but love , for this company. The staff is kind and respectful. Great business .

First time using this company will not use again I shipped a barrel to Guyana on April 13 it is July 30 2025 still waiting for arrival the phone #. For Guyana contact no one answering phone will never use this company again.

Update: After not receiving the barrel I paid for (Tracking #400686), I posted a negative review based on my honest experience. Shortly after, I received a phone call from Qtrex International telling me that because I left a negative review, the recipient would no longer receive the shipment.

I consider this retaliation, and it is both unethical and unacceptable. I will file formal complaints with Consumer Protection Ontario and the Better Business Bureau.

I strongly caution anyone considering using this company. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will escalate further through legal channels and the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre.

My grandmother has been using Qtrex for over 5 years and never had issues. Although it can sometimes takes longer than the estimated shipping time, I’m grateful that it gets to its destination and as long as it’s packed well to withstand the normal movement that occurs, the items arrive in good shape. This is the worst shipping company. DOESNT EVEN DESERVE TO GET A ONE STAR. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO SHIP WITH Qtrex. Customer service with this company is so so so poor. My barrel was picked up from my house over 2 months ago and yet to arrive where I sent it to. The lady who works there is extremely rude whenever someone calls for assistance. (Placing you on a long hold and ending the call).Please don't waist your time and do any shipping with this so called company or else you will regret it....

Worst shipping company to deal with. Sent a barrel which they said would take 4-6 weeks the barrel took 12 weeks to reach destination. Upon barrel reaching destination there was still issues with getting the barrel. The customer service was very rude, very quick to hang up the phone when you call to make inquiries. I would not recommend.

Amazing Customer service and Great prices. Did a price quote with Laparkan and it cost 3 times the price i paid at Q trex plus I got my barrel picks up from mississauga.

DO NOT USE QTREX — Worst Shipping Experience of My Life

I shipped two barrels with Qtrex to St. Kitts back in November, and was told the shipment would take only three weeks. That was a complete lie. It is now April, and my family just received the barrels last week — after months of false promises and endless stress.

Qtrex are pathological liars. Every single weekend, they told me, “The barrels will arrive next week,” “Just wait a few more days,” and so on. I stayed patient for months, but it became clear this wasn’t just poor service — it was intentional deception.

The truth? My barrels had actually arrived in St. Kitts weeks ago, but my family couldn’t pick them up because Qtrex owed money to the shipping agent handling their freight. Until Qtrex paid what they owed, the barrels were being withheld.

The pickup location also confirmed Qtrex regularly does this — delays shipments, lies about arrival dates, and fails to pay, leaving customers stranded and frustrated.

Even worse, the pickup company said they’ll no longer work with Qtrex because of their lies and late payments. They’re tired of angry customers showing up, blaming them when it’s really Qtrex’s dishonesty. After clearing this shipment, they plan to send Qtrex a formal notice ending all business ties.

Qtrex rarely answers calls, dodges accountability, gives a different excuse every week, and acts arrogantly when questioned. It’s like they think customers are too dumb to notice.

This experience has been mentally and emotionally draining. I will never use Qtrex again and urge anyone considering them to stay far away. Their cheap prices are not worth months of stress, lies, and disrespect. Even the companies they work with are cutting ties.

AVOID QTREX AT ALL COSTS.
