I used them for a move in 2021 and then in 2025. I should have gone with the other movers.
I paid for full pack service and TV unpack at destination.
A lot of bits from the IKEA furniture in the move got missing and damaged.
Then they wrecked the 75” TV and didn’t bother to put it back together at destination.

At destination, the unloaders wouldn’t remove their foot wear or use the carpet protectors that was laid down even after I pointed this out to them.
They just dropped items wherever was convenient for them notwithstanding my efforts to guide them on where to drop stuff.

They were clearly in too much hurry to move on.
I wouldn’t use them again.

Used QMM to move from Alberta to Arizona. There was clear communication from their office the whole time and it arrived within the given window. The movers on both sides were polite and respectful. Their price was a little higher than other movers but their customer service was worth it and I would use QMM for any future moves.

Excellent service! We moved from Ontario to British Columbia. After 41 years in our house it was a daunting task but QMM was so helpful. From initial contact to final drop off they provided great communication, advice and professional service. They arrived on time to load and showed great respect for our possessions. We were given a range of dates for final delivery which is understandable for a cross country move and we could track the progress. They arrived in the range of time and communicated the date and time of delivery when they were in British Columbia so again great communication. The unloading was slowed by a malfunction of the condo freight elevator but the crew work through it with patience and again great care for our possessions. Finally the price they initially quoted and final invoice was within $100 so you can rely on the quote accuracy. I had an expectation in my head and it was blown away by the actual level of service and professionalism, both of the team that show up to load/unload and the quote and prep work ahead of time. Communication was thorough, detailed, and quick. The onsite team did a spectacular job in prepping my belongings and wrapping everything possible and loaded it with care also ensuring that if I had any questions throughout any of the process they took the time to answer them. Trevor was the man in charge of the team and he is an exceptional leader, providing guidance where necessary without being a 'boss'.

We had the best experience moving with QMM across Canada from St.John's to Calgary! Our move coordinator Tara was in constant communication, from our estimate to coordinating our delivery. Our quote was accurate, the QMM team was very professional, and had the best response time of any company we contacted as we had a tight timeline. Our movers Jeff and Nancy and Jeff's moving crew treated our belongings like their own!
