Scheduled shuttle for pick up from Vancouver port. to Seattle in advance. Disembarked from the Cruise Ship and we were directed to a line to wait in. We kept checking with the port authority personnel who told us to just wait and the driver would come get us. The driver never came and after calling the company, they said the driver left because we were not where we were suppose to be, however, the port personal wouldn’t let us leave the area we were in. Finally, after calling the company twice, they rebooked us at a “higher cost” on a transport that would now take 6 hours to arrive in Seattle rather than 4. This cost us an overnight stay in Seattle and 2 flight changes. The company could have cared less. I would never recommend this company.

We were sailing from Alaska on a Disney Cruise when our Greyhound/FlixBus cancelled our ride to SeaTac. For no reason at all, we got cancelled. I was shuffling around trying to find transportation from Vancouver to Seattle's airport, and took a chance and booked Quick Shuttle. CROSSING MY FINGERS, it works out. The bus arrived early and was there as soon as we made it off the ship. He was a delightful driver and helped us get across the border quickly and smoothly, with no issues at all. We arrived at SeaTac earlier than expected. The bus was in good condition. Cold ac. I did not check for wifi as we were all sleeping on the way to the airport. Thank you, Quick Shuttle, for being reliable. Will book again!

We have a bus from Canada Pier to Seattle but due to the port staff guiding us wrong we missed the bus They asked us to stand in line after passing 20-25 minutes bus was not there Then we called at quick shuttle number The lady answered the call her name is Anmor She is nice. Anmor helped us a lot they gave us directions and also helped us on the next bus. Anmor also called us again to verify if we are at the right stop.

5 star experience! We had the bus from Surrey to Seattle on Sun Aug 27, 2023 08:15. The bus driver was super nice and helpful. He gave clear instructions for the border check and we were in and out in a heartbeat. During the ride my son got carsick. The driver was super helpful and let my son get out of the bus for some fresh air. He offered us front seats in the bus and gave my son a bottle of water. Again 5 stars and big thank you to the driver.

I travelled on 31 Aug 2024, Chevron stop to Seattle Airport. A very smooth drive. The bus was on time, the guidance was appropriate, the cleanliness quite impressive, and the driver (Barry) was very helpful with all instructions. The boarder crossing didn’t take time, and in fact that day there was only one stop so we reached airport much before time.
Their service is worth a try.

Trip from Vancouver to Seattle. Bus was 20 minutes late. There is a spot inside the cruise terminal to line up for the Quick Shuttle. We stayed there until we became paranoid that we were forgotten. Then hiked to bus lane 11 where the driver was loading the bus with people who went directly to 11. I guess if we wouldn't have made our way he would have left us...? Unsure. If I am you reading this review I would head to lane 11 and wait there.

Rode the shuttle from Pier 91 (Seattle) to Canada Place (Vancouver) on 7/23. Shuttle was on time for pickup and the driver was nice enough. The bus was clean. The website incorrectly indicates "USB power at every seat." but this bus did not have any USB ports at any of the seats (it was not a substitute bus as it had "Quick Shuttle" emblazoned down the side). When brought to the attention of the driver, he appeared to be confused about the website saying there's USBs at ever seat.
He was nice enough to volunteer that I could charge my phone on his cable at the front of the bus if needed but this is far from convenient when you're trying to work/watch movies/read/etc. The bathroom onboard didn't seem to have a light so you had to bring your phone in to light the way. Once at the Canadian border, the driver didn't use the mic to explain anything and instead quietly spoke to the people at the front of the bus on what they needed to do (gather all belongings, claim your bags on the curb, go through CBSA, reboard bus, etc) so the rest of the bus was left confused and wondering what was going on. Bus arrived 15 minutes early at its destination despite the delay at the border which was a positive!

My grandparents took a trip from Vancouver to Seattle on June 18th, 2024, with reference numbers ZL8LBS and PR5EHJ, traveling from Holiday Inn Howe (Vancouver) to Washington State Convention Center (Seattle). They had their tickets showing their drop-off locations and showed them to the driver in Vancouver. They are 73 and 85 years old, are immigrants, and cannot speak English.

When they arrived at the Convention Center (their drop-off spot on the ticket) and wanted to be dropped off, the driver refused to give them their carry-on as it was “far in the back”! My grandparents became very worried and called my uncle at that time to talk to the driver. The driver rudely refused to speak to my uncle and made a scene in front of everyone, which caused one of the passengers to offer to talk to my uncle. The passenger also asked the driver once again to give my grandparents their carry-on and let them be dropped off, but the driver ignored them as the luggage was not convenient for him to find. The driver brought them to the last bus stop, which was Tacoma International Airport, where he dropped all the luggages including theirs.

Meanwhile, I called Quick Shuttle and talked to the dispatch person, Alex Park, who assured me that the driver would stay with them until my uncle picked them up at the Tacoma International Airport. However, the driver dropped them off at the airport and left them there without any respect. This issue caused a lot of emotional distress to my grandparents and my uncle to be able to find them.

1. My grandparents had no English language skills, and there was no way they could tell him where to drop them off. The driver had to follow what was on their ticket, rather than making assumption in advance.
2. The driver is not allowed to force people to be dropped off in another place by keeping their luggage. Despite my grandparents and the other passenger’s request, he followed his own preference, which is a clear violation of their rights and caused significant inconvenience and distress.
3. My grandparents have been taking this bus route for 10 years, with same drop-off location, and this is the most disrespectful behavior they have seen. Why did he not drop them off at the location on their ticket? Why did he not listen to them? Why did he not stay with them despite Mr. Park’s assurance? This is a manifestation of elder abuse, and this driver does not have the mental and behavioral capacity to work with elderly passengers. We bought this ticket based on the drop-off spot, so what made the driver think it was right to drop them off wherever he chose?
As a transportation company, the passengers’ safety and requests should be prioritized, and this has to be clearly communicated to drivers. His abusive attitude towards elderly people risked their health and safety, as both of them have had severe back pain since yesterday, causing additional stress and concern for our entire family.

Reply:
Thank you for your follow-up. The reason I do not believe the driver is that when they arrived at the Seattle Convention Center, the driver was informed by another passenger that this was the drop-off station for my grandparents. The passenger, who was fluent in English, spoke to my uncle and informed the driver, so why did the driver dismiss their request?
