I called the restaurant on October 8 at around 10:24 PM to place an order for crispy chicken. The staff member working the night shift refused to take my order, stating that they stop taking orders after 10:20 PM, even though the restaurant closes at 11 PM. We were only ordering takeout, not dining in. I was very disappointed with this experience, and I request the manager to please look into this matter and take appropriate action.

I had a lunch today with my kids here . Both female employees working so hard and one working at front was so polite and helpful providing me the best service, even the store was pretty busy . Must try place for Chicken lovers , i like this place better than Popeyes for sure ...

I ordered 5 spicy chicken wings, and waited for 10 minutes for freshly made. I ate them right away. The wings were still hot, the batter was very crispy. The batter was really good, not too heavy or oily at all, but the meat was very salty and only salty, and dry and there was barely any juice coming out after a bite. I wouldn't recommend to get the wings.

As mentioned in other reviews, the cashier was not helping much. They would not tell you if you didn't ask, even for the waiting time for the food, or if there is sauce provided. When no service is needed to provide, the cashier went back to its phone browsing right away.

After enjoying a delicious meal at Cracker Barrel in the States last week, I developed a craving for fried chicken, drawn by their tasty and affordable offerings. Hoping to find a local alternative, I tried Quik Chic for the first time, looking to improve upon the disappointing experiences I've had with other Canadian outlets. KFC's portion sizes have shrunk significantly, with chicken breasts now split in half and counted as individual servings. I've always found Popeyes' chicken to have an odd fishy taste, which I initially attributed to their deep-fried shrimp, but after sampling Quik Chic, I wonder if all Canadian fried chicken suffers from a similar issue, often bordering on rancid. It’s not just my aging tastes; the fried chicken in the U.S. is simply better, while Canadian establishments seem to consistently serve chicken that tastes off. That said, the gravy and fries are good - the chicken not so much.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and the buns were stale and at least a day old. They weren't fresh at all. The sad thing is, I normally have a bad experience with the food at this location. Last time, the chicken was undercooked and pink and this time the buns weren't fresh. The customer service is really good though, so I'm hoping the food quality also improves.

I had the buffalo chicken sandwich combo with fries. The chicken sandwich really wasn’t tasty. The chicken was completely soaked in buffalo sauce and not crispy anymore. The buffalo sauce did not taste like much, just spicy but no actual flavor. Fries were decent though. The place overall is poorly maintained. I wouldn’t recommend it.
