We have now used R&L Courier two times for same day service from Edmonton to Calgary. I have been able to request the service the morning of, and they have accommodated the request with no issue. Ron has confirmed what time we close and had the delivery to us by end of day. Kind, quick, friendly service. Will continue to use.

Hello, all future customers who would like to hear about this courier company. To be honest, I had never heard of it until I received an e-mail about the parcel. Unfortunately, there was a mistake and as it happens... it was impossible to determine why, my parcel was delivered to the wrong address. A phone call to the service department, a very nice lady took care of the matter and the next day the courier - also a very professional gentleman - delivered my parcel to me... Mistakes are normal, but quick response, great service and the amazing impression that Raven Force Courier employees leave is not currently available. so common.... Ron and his team saved our vacation!

I recently completed a 7-day trek through the mountains in Yukon. Westjet lost our bags en route to Whitehorse and were utterly useless in helping us get them back. Ron and his team were able to retrieve our bags from Westjet and get them on the next Air North flight to Whitehorse. Ron and his team were friendly, solution-oriented and super efficient. He literally saved our vacation. Could not be more grateful for the wonderful service at a fair price.
