This uhaul is amazing. The selection of trucks they have is perfect. All over town. They trucks are so clean and road ready.

I rented a unit and heat and light was not turned on for over 2 weeks. The light switch didn't even have a knob on it. The attendant who opened the unit for me clearly never looked at the light or turned on the heat. No refund offered to me despite their negligence.

We had a horrible experience renting a 26 ft uhaul truck with them. They gave us a truck unfit for the road, during winter in Canada and the truck had no windshield wash pump!! We had to be pulling over and throw windshield wash ouselves. We arrived in Nova Scotia and called road assistance to complain and lady on the phone said it would take 3 days (!!!) for someone to assist and we asked for a boost because the truck wouldn't start. The guy came and boosted it up and confirmed that the pump was gone. We kept then driving very distressed and worried about our safety. The oil sign came up so we had to stop and buy oil. We had tire that blew up and I was terrified the truck would tip over how shaken it was... so we had to call road assistance again for them to come repair. Arriving in our house the next day the truck wouldn't start and it got stuck in the little snow in the driveway. We had to call road assistance again and get someone to tow it out. The person came and it took her 2 hours to get the truck out. We call the manager of this place as soon as we got home to complain about how unfit the truck was and he took about 2 weeks to come up with a "resolution" , he had the nerve to refund us $210 he said it was for the pump and $10 for the oil we put in. I DO NOT recommend this place for anyone, they put unsafe trucks on the road... your safety is seems like it is NOT their concern. We are contacting the head office. **update, after a couple of weeks they offered another $600. We paid close to $4k...

If there was zero stars this place would get zero. Confirmed a booking for a U-Haul and the day of our move advised us they had no truck for us to rent. Person on the phone was sheepish and told me that U-Haul should have called to tell us. We were left without a truck with 5 people who gave up their Saturday to move us into our first home. Terrible experience. STAY AWAY!!!

These guys are the worst. I'm paying for climate controlled storage but they always turn the heat off. I've made numerous complaints about it and no one gets back to you not to mention they have it so the guy working there can't do anything about the heat. They don't mind charging for climate controlled though. Ridiculous!!

Small parking area to move around the units. We used an indoor unit and the doll was missing so it was a little more work to move the stuff to our locker.

Renting a UHaul here is so much better than going to the main depot on Kenmount.
