Would not recommend this business had them pick up my riding lawnmower for a simple belt replacement only to have them drop it off and on first start the belt shredded. They lost the original belt keeper bolt and replaced it with a sharp short screw which shredded the new belt. Obviously the mower needed to be sent back to be properly repaired. The business charged me for a second pick up and drop off when it was clear they delivered the mower without testing it first. Original pickup and drop off was $75 following week they charged me $85. Seems like I got charged $10 for pointing out their mistake.

Great customer service! Honest, genuine people willing to work with the customer to find solutions. Kerrie at the front desk is GREAT at her job...on top of scheduling....and updating...crews show up when they say they will, and take pride in their work. Very reasonably priced. Good customer service. They didn't push a sale but provided lots of information on the lawn mowers. The lawn mower was delivered the following day. Pleasant knowledgeable staff. The only issue was the mower didn't have a manual on delivery. We were told they would call us and we haven't heard back yet. Would recommend this company.

Stopped in explained my problem (TORO z4200 would not start). Rather than help me with self diagnosis just offered a pickup and deliver service, which in my mind would have been a $500 dollar fix. I really wanted advice and none was forthcoming. I did buy a fuel filter and it was not the issue. The issue was the carburetor fuel solenoid. I went the next day to see them and they told me it was back ordered and I was better to buy a new carburetor for $ 206+ tax. Went to Amazon and bought OEM for $30. I will always use the local guy when push comes to shove but surely me are not all so naïve that we can't price compare? What a silly business model. Better to help the customer that wants to do a repair on their own and ask them to pay for your advice? Not only would I pay for the advice, but I would also buy my next machine from you.
