I called to reschedule my bus for the same day but later.
I left the hotel I’m at early , showed up to my bus the day of my trip to not be on the list. they customer service representative I called had changed my ticket to two days before my original date at a later time - instead of later the same day I was originally leaving and had asked for.
Now stuck at the bus terminal and my items being dragged off the bus in front of everyone, they still made me pay extra for my personal item (handbag).
I just had a medical procedure done and am in pain , so now I get to sit here in pain as well as the whole 3 hour-ish trip I had originally planned for. I could have sat at my hotel with the comfort and accessible to items I need to clean any blood or have access to my medications and ice at my hotel.
So I get charged more to wait more and not even a single apology or anything.
Just a charge extra to my card.
What a great experience.

Awesome staff 🤩 they were very accommodating switching my ticket time three different times so that I can spend some extra time with my family here at no extra charge and the time that I spent in the lobby waiting I observed continued happy customers coming and going in the well maintained and clean lobby. Had a great experience with Red Arrow. The trip was very comfortable, safe, and hassle free. The drinks and snacks were a welcome bonus. The only thing that was lacking was the slow wifi speeds. Don't expect more than a Google search or extremely light web browsing.

Overall, I would happily choose Red Arrow for my intercity travels. Their service is second to none.

My first time travelling with Red Arrow was pretty smooth and comfortable. On time arrival and complimentary snacks on board made for a fun trip. Great steady driving too. Maybe a bit pricey at $96 for Edmonton to Calgary ? But definitely preferable to flying

The Red Arrow would be a fully enjoyable ride anywhere without the mask mandate and the revolting urge at the microphone that travellers should denounce one another for any deviation. As if Albertans did not have enough when governments encourage us to turn on one another. This was a particularly despicable aspect of the trip. Other than that, it's okay.

Mask mandate is done. It's still a pleasant, affordable ride for the most part.

Great staff! They were very accommodating when I finished work early and wanted to change my ticket on a Friday afternoon. I've used them to bus back and forth from Calgary to Edmonton for work multiple times. Good wifi, basic snacks and drinks: almost as good as flying for 1/6th of the price. Way better than Greyhound or a rideshare. Thanks!
