Office staff are extremely rude. I was a moorage customer (on and off for several years) and won’t be back because of the unpleasant interactions with them. There’s no reason for the sheer amount of attitude you get during simple interactions: it’s quite perplexing. Otherwise, the marina is quite nice, but because of the office staff I won’t be back.

Reed Point is a well-run marina with good docks and parking for one vehicle. The moorage rate increases have been quite high though with a cumulative rate of just over 22% over the last 3 years. 2021-22 4.8%, 22-23 7.23% and 23-24 8.9% increases so that is 22% and also the new Electrical Infrastructure charge of another $60 per bill every 2 months. Boating is continuing to get of reach for most people.

The office staff here really make the customers walk on eggshells. Was here for three seasons and of all the marinas I have been in over the years this is by far the worst. You pay a premium, there’s no dock boxes for one, they tell you they have a falconer come by periodically to deal with the gulls but no one has seen them for over two years, so your boat is constantly covered in crap unless your undercover. The people I have spoken with all say the same thing “be careful what you say” or you’ll get a black cloud over you for sure. The customer service is absolutely terrible. Took me 4.5 weeks to get my sublease funds back and they were short….pretty basic math but their calculations are bizarre to say the least. When they want your money it better be there or your gone, or a surcharge. And the boat broker there I’m not even going to start. All I’ll say about that guy is he may agree with you on something then backs out of the deal you make with him. Your word should count for something in sales, mine does. I would never resign there ever.
I do want to mention the restaurant is really nice great staff and the people at Inlet marine were always very helpful.

Well placed great services. Gas bar is good. Amazing restaurant on site. Lots of very stringent rules. Not saying it’s good or bad. Just be aware.

I love Reed Point my friend had his boars moored there for over 10 years and now with work our slip is at Reed Point. The staff on the Fuel Dock are fantastic. The grounds are always kept up and the washrooms and shower is always spotless. Ample paid parking make sure you are up to date on your parking meter as they watch closely. And if you're hungry there's Willys restaurant.
