Regus isn’t just a bad company, they’re borderline sabotaging. We were in a 2 year contract with them (don’t ever ever do this!), and they breached the terms of that contract multiple times, actually losing our business multiple customers and causing us real damage. We tried to tell them since the contract was broken we would not be paying their useless rent anymore. Not only did they not let us out of the contract, but they did not have ANYONE at this company who had the power to discuss it with us. No one cared if we were happy, they didn’t even care if we were spitting mad, they simply kept deducting rent and when we took away our billing info, they sent us to collections. My partner even sleuthed his way all the way to the number of the Vice President for this region, do you wanna know what he said? “How did you get this number?” The only people with power to do anything at that company will NOT speak with you via phone, email, or any other method. He also told us that the policy is basically if there are any disputes then they let people take them to court, there will be no mediation. The only reason I did not sue them was because my partner (a lawyer) had too much going on at that time to take on the added stress. They still deduct $1050 per month and will continue to do so until May 2025. This dispute happened in November 2023. For all I know they’ve rented our tiny office to someone else, we vacated it back in 2023.

Edit post Regus response: You don’t think we submitted help tickets and talked to as many people as we could? Your canned response means nothing and you know it. Your company doesn’t operate in good faith, just look at all the complaints issued with the better business bureau.

Been a long term tenant here. The location and environment of this facility is great. Receptionists are professional. It's convenient for clients to visit because the proximity to a Skytrain station and underground parking. The washrooms unfortunately break down too often and can take a long time to be fixed. The maintenance is probably done by the strata and Regus likely has little control over it but it's still part of the customer experience. The management did little to promote interactions between tenants so it's more like a well-maintained private rental office than a co-working space.

In my experience, the staff does the best they can but some of the customers in this specific location, that are complaining here, are awful. They act like this is their cultural community meeting place and have the worst manners and entitled attitudes.

It’s the same folks everyday, leaving their private offices or co-working spaces to have loud discussions around the facilities. They don’t think twice about having discussions across the room, speaking and breathing over seated people and they lack basic manners and common sense. Otherwise, the place would be just fine.

Rigos is the most ridiculous office rental company in all of Vancouver. We were tenants for 6 months and contrary to the rules, they always deducted the rent from our account 45 days earlier. About 2 months have passed since the delivery of the office, but they have not returned the excess rents they took from us. And they have not returned our advance payment. Every day promises and lies and...

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by RGuse. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention.

The customer service at RGuse has consistently been of a low standard. The constant threats and unjustified charges have created a hostile environment for customers. It is disheartening to note that entering into a contract with RGuse feels like entering a contractual hell, where exiting becomes an impossible ordeal due to the imposed constraints.

The receptionist has proven to be exceptionally unhelpful and unintelligent, further exacerbating the frustration of dealing with your establishment. Additionally, the conditions of the facilities, including the kitchen and restrooms, have been consistently unsanitary.

It is my sincere hope that no one else has to endure the distressing experience that I have faced.

as my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare

There has been no internet or phone service for a month now at the Port Moody location. Completely unacceptable especially considering the large amount of rent being charged. Excuses after excuses as to why it isn't being fixed and in turn has negatively affected our business operations. Zero accountability.

Awful receptionist.
NEVER cleans the ventilation at a point where it smells like dead corpses everytime they turn on the heaters, either too hot or too cold. Bathrooms are broken. Rude staff. It’s like living in the slums, especially considering the high payments and costs of the place

Not really at co work/hot desk place. More of a private office rental where you rarely interact with other renters. Common Lounge is a small, interior space with limited coffee options. If all you want is a professional quiet very private office with reception this can work.
