A great experience from start to finish!
Alston visited before the move assess & discuss my needs. He arrived on time with Sergio & Max and they went straight to work without any fuss.

They were always aware to protect the surroundings (rolling out mats) & my belongings (blanket wrapped). They set-up the bed first thing in the new place and placed boxes where I could get at them easily for unpacking. They went above & beyond, helping me get things hung up from the closet boxes & removing any empties or debris.

I would definitely use them if I move again and do recommend them to everyone.

We had an excellent experience with Reliable Moving. We moved all of our possessions into storage for three months in order to complete a home renovation. Alston and is team did a wonderful job packing up everything, including delicate glassware and all of our art, and putting everything in storage. At the completion of the renovation, they moved everything back without any problems. The team were punctual, careful, and enthusiastic. Good communications throughout the process.

Alston and his team were phenomenal in getting the mountain of things out of our apartment in Richmond and making the long trek down to Surrey.

Communication throughout was very responsive and respectful, and Alston did his best to accomodate our very stringent time frames.

The movers came extraordinarily prepared with their own equipment to traverse either an apartment with an elevator or a detached home with several steps. Great care was taken with all of our belongings. I particularly want to shout out Jesse, Max and Austin on the move-in as they were efficient, polite, and meticulous.

Great experience for my move in mid June. Thanks to Alston for your patience and professionalism in dealing with us. The moving team arrived earlier than expected for the setup. The move was from townhouse to condo in central Richmond on a Saturday. They were very careful and detailed in wrapping and moving the furniture to my new place. Mats were placed everywhere to protect the flooring. A very efficient and hard working team. They also helped us to drop off a massage chair at another location plus disposing other furniture at the dump for a reasonable fee. Shout out to Max, Sergio and Rosty for the great help! God bless!
