I used Rent-a-Son for a recent move and it was the best moving experience I have ever had! John Kennedy was wonderful helping organize everything, he was very personable and professional and responded promptly to emails and messages. The initial quote was accurate and there were no hidden costs. The movers themselves were on time and friendly. They were careful with items and wrapped everything properly, while at the same time very efficient and quick. Will definitely use Rent-a-Son again, they were outstanding!!

Rob setting up the contract was extremely easy to work with and offered a couple of pricing options to help me plan out the move. I chose Rent-a-Son despite their higher price because of their stellar reviews—I was willing to pay extra for top-tier service. Instead, the move took nearly 7 hours instead of the estimated 4, and it was clear why. The movers didn’t bring basic tools like carts, which would have made the process far more efficient. Instead, they carried items one by one, making the move unnecessarily slow.

But the real frustration came after. Two days, three different people, zero accountability. Every time I called, I was passed off with vague responses like, "I'll post it in the group and see what they say." That’s not how you handle customer concerns.
