Every time I have to visit the pharmacy here, I am met with rudeness, unprofessionalism and honestly disrespect. I have no idea why. I would avoid at all costs. I’d rather drive 30 mins to Belleville from now on. And yes I have already contacted via Rexall contact page.

It's stressful going there and picking up someone else's prescription. It's just stressful in general. I should have confidence in the people dispensing medication but I feel like I have to double and triple check that everything is correct and in order and nothing has been mixed up. Just watching them scramble around looking for a prescription they texted me about makes me cringe.

I went there once for someone else... they had the prescription, then they couldn't find it, then they found it, it was half a prescription... then they for some reason could fill the full prescription but they couldn't find the pills they said they had... then the coverage didn't go through. I had other stuff to do. If I knew it would take 20-30 minutes to pick up a prescription i would have planned accordingly. I was there to pick up medication and go. It's never as simple as just picking up a prescription.

It's always a mini crisis everytime I go to pick up medication. I've never used a Rexall before but I don't like it. Shopper's Drug Mart is so much better. I don't want to feel the stress of someone's job while they're dispensing my medication. I'm sure the person is very competent but it feels like she's overworked and understaffed and mistakes get made.

I get that it's just a small town pharmacy, but it's probably one of the worst pharmacies I've ever had to fill a prescription. If Shopper's wasn't 30 minutes away I probably would have spent my entire life never stepping foot in a Rexall. It would be awesome if some other franchise came and provided a better service and showed people here that not all pharmacies are run like this.

I have been going to the Rexall pharmacy for years and have never experience's this type of treatment.
I came in with a booked appointment with the new system via the rexall web sight. Thinking this was a great option for a minor issue, but when I arrived the pharmacist was extremely rude and unwelcoming, when I stated I had an appointment she bluntly said in front of many customers “for what?” And when I explained it was a skin irritation issue she asked what exactly it was so I roughly explained what I thought it could be (although I am not a medical professional and would be just guessing, hence why I made this appointment) and she stated that they don’t anything for psoriasis although she didn’t even look at the infected site and has no knowledge of what it actually could be.
On the websight when booking it gave small examples for me to choose from, obviously not knowing what my issue was i chose skin irritation thinking I would arrive and have at least a small consultation.
Thankfully for myself this was not a large issue and I was just hoping to get some feed back but I could not imagine someone seeking help for an issue they are not comfortable talking about in front of other customers.
This experience has completely turned me off of ever retuning back to rexall and I will recommend everyone to not take advantage of the new services you now offer.

Pharmacy - my prescriptions were to be valid for 1yr, I've been calling my physician (out of province) to try to get refills for those, to find that they aren't expired and the pharmacy made a mistake when entering them .... I've gone without medication because of their error. Plus they didn't tell me when I was on the last one, any person with a little less awareness than I (say elderly?) could have missed that and gone without important medications. Plus I've been waiting for a medication that they said they didn't have and when I called about all this they found it somehow in my file? - I would chose another pharmacy

One of your employees, I believe it was Carrie on my receipt, was super helpful and friendly. We were trying to quickly Christmas shop and she was very knowledgeable about what we were looking for. She's a gem.

Post office staffed by Rexall staff should be open until 9 but was closed at 4, no notice on the front door. Walked in to mail packages to my customers as a small business owner. When I asked other Rexall staff for help they first argued with me that they must only be on a break. Then instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, they suggested I work for them so they could be open. Not only is that unbelievably rude and condescending, I would never work for minimum wage. Maybe if you paid your employees a livable wage you wouldn’t have such a hard time keeping staff and staying open.

Had a bit of uncertainty as pharmacy didn’t initially want to transfer my customer account from another city. After doing so, services have been great, nice staff overall!

I had a bad UTI. Spoke to the pharmacist, she asked some screening questions & then gave me the antibiotics that I needed. Took about 10 minutes and I had instant relief- no trying to connect with family doctor or wait in emerg for hours. The pharmacist was lovely.
