Very friendly with great service. I mentioned it was our first time there, and the staff was patient in introducing the menu and offering recommendations. It feels like a family-owned restaurant with a warm, homemade taste.

Just stopped in and tried the new spicy breaded chicken sub with provolone cheese and dill pickle ranch sauce. It was amazing. All white meat cooked to perfection with melted cheese. This is one of the best subs this shop sells. Want a great full size sub at a great price($16)? You won't be hungry after.

Well worth the drive from Parksville. Had the Halifax Beef Donair It was mind blowing so delicious and absolutely massive. The woman who made my Donair was really friendly and acted like she loved her job. Great service. I will go back there again and again. Go there you won't be disappointed.

We were so excited to get donairs because we’ve been here before and loved them, the man making them decided to talk about politics and that’s fine support whatever you’d like but when we got to the car we opened our donairs and the paper was so stuck to them that the entire donair fell apart, we both had this happen to us as we got separate donairs. We tried are hardest to eat them and make it an enjoyable experience but we were left like of tasteless mush after two bites. We were really disappointed about the experience and will not be returning, beware of terrible food here, just go somewhere else. On top of everything, we paid $40 for it to fall apart and taste like poop.

I had a breaded chicken sub in this place. It was great. The gentleman running the place handled all the works by himself and provides you with explanations on the options and details if you need. The pricing is on the mid range, but for the quality and service, it's a great value.

Got food poisoning twice from this joint. My advice: DO NOT buy donairs near closing time!

Never been poisoned at lunchtime, though.

I'm blown away! Like others have said, the owner is the guy working there making your food. You can tell he enjoys and takes pride in what he does, it's rare to see that when you get food these days!

The portion sizing for the pricing is insane! I'm jealous of locals who get to come here often. In Vancouver no falafel place I've ever been to has compared. I'll definitely be back.
