Living in building 2735. The unit is thoughtfully designed and well-equipped to meet essential daily needs. Thermal insulation is excellent. Maintenance requests are handled fast and efficiently. The former building manager, Regan—he was always helpful and professional.

That said, I’ve experienced a few challenges:
1. Communication – Prior to moving in, it was quite difficult to get in touch with Westwood, and responses were often delayed in days.
2. Post-leasing management – Since the change in building management, it has been very difficult to schedule a short meeting. Despite several attempts, I’ve been waiting over two weeks without success.
3. Noise – Construction noise from inside and nearby buildings starts before 8 AM, which can be quite disruptive.
4. Package security – Unfortunately, I’ve had packages go missing from the mailroom within hours of delivery. It would be reassuring to see improved measures in place, such as surveillance or better access control.
5. Issue resolution – Some concerns like smoking or noise in the building don’t seem to be actively addressed. there should be clearer policies and consistent follow-up in the future.
