His dedication to the residents and the building is evident in everything he does. Additionally, Whenever there was an issue, big or small, Kumar was there with a solution. I'm grateful for the exceptional service and support Kumar has provided during my time here. Any resident would be lucky to have him as their building manager.

We have lived at Rideau towers for a year. Clean building, very spacious apartments, well kept. Management pays attention to detail and takes care of its tenants. Building manager Radmilla is extremely helpful and responds when ever there is need. The location is amazing, great amenities nearby. We loved our west facing 17th floor apartment. Highly recommended.

Moved here about 3 months ago. I have lived in many apartment buildings over the years and delt with very unprofessional management.
I can say hands down this is the best management company so far. The landlord here is super helpful and very kind. The building is a little older however it's very maintained and clean. Definitely recommend this building. Thank you DK!
