Took it a few times myself and my wife to and from Regina - no complaints. The drivers are nice, the bus is punctual and the seats are comfortable. Some customers are inconsiderate with loud video chats or too much disregard for those on the bus. There are very nice and kind travelers as well

The location was at tim horton on my ticket the driver almost skip me i had to run infront the buss to stop him cz he miss my stop then he scream at me and got out push me than told me he will refuse me in the buss, i just didnt want to miss the last buss, he picked the people at the wrong location and than told me to go get ly stuff i told him i know u will leave me in the street and he said u think im crazy to do that go get your stuff l, soi i did and he left le in the street like WDF is this cmpany i record the whole sceane

I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service from Rider Express. According to their own published policy, I am eligible for a refund, yet after weeks of trying to resolve this, I have received no response.

I was initially in contact with a representative (Adil), but all of my follow-up emails over the past two weeks have been ignored. This is extremely frustrating and reflects poorly on the company’s accountability and respect for its customers.

I booked with Rider Express in good faith, trusting their stated policies. Unfortunately, the complete lack of communication and unwillingness to honor their commitments has made this a very negative experience. I sincerely hope Rider Express addresses this issue, but until then, I cannot recommend their service.

This is quite possibly the worst transportation service I have ever had the displeasure of using.

I do not say this lightly, I understand delays as I work in the transportation industry (freight side), things go wrong and delays happen, I truly understand that.

I had booked a trip from Saskatoon to Canmore, there were over six different delays and cancellations all the way up until the morning we were supposed to leave (2 hour 10 minute delay).

Their interface on their website to track the bus is buggy and doesn’t work half the time, customer service gives you boiler plate responses, and the buses themselves are pretty awful.

There is a strict no smoking policy however I watched passengers openly smoke, vape, and even pass around undisclosed things in tinfoil (use your imagination for that). It stunk the entire bus, so there is no doubt the driver themselves could smell it.

Drivers themselves are also incredibly rude half the time, if you ask how long a break is since some of them won’t even tell you, they will give you a snarky response or give you a rough estimate, which is usually incorrect.

The only saving grace is some of the drivers went above and beyond in making sure all the connections were made, I cannot recommend Rider Express as a whole at all.

Ironically, it would’ve been cheaper to fly to Calgary and take an Uber from Calgary to Canmore, the only thing where rider express has as an advantage is their luggage policy, other than that I’d steer clear.

Took the Rider Express back home to Saskatchewan from Sherwood Park, Alberta on August 5. Wifi wasn’t the best; but the ride was comfortable. I would DEFINITELY use this service again.

: Autistic : 62-year-old sister took the rider express last month was thrown off because she likes to smoke. She’s mentally and physically handicapped so she didn’t understand she was doing wrong.she could’ve been given a her warning instead he threw on the highway it in five hours of rain before the RCMP picked her up. This is unacceptable. She could’ve died.
She tried to take the bus home today back to Edmonton and he refused service to her and he was screaming at her on the street and he lied to her and told her to go downtown and get a ticket , like I said she’s handicap doesn’t know any better, she was going to go downtown and get a ticket. I said he was just lying to her. He’s the same guy that pushed other lady at the stop, and then he stopped at the gas station, and when people asked him why he was there instead of the regular stop he said I can’t park over there very good ;but it’s not on the ticket. It shows on the ticket to park close to Tim Hortons in the Hotel. And he was screaming at her today. She’s a very sweet lady. I guess he feels that because she’s marginalize it looks different than he could pick on her readily, I’m going to lay a human rights. Complaint if somethings not done about this right away because this is unacceptable.

Comfortable buses are in demand in all directions. The drivers are polite and cheerful. Departure and arrival according to the schedule. Not much space between the seats, comfortable temperature in the cabin. The only caveat is that there will be no Wi-Fi throughout the entire journey.

Driver of bus #22 this morning on the Gardiner was passing recklessly across solid lines and using the on ramps to pass people. Can't speak to the services provided, but I would not trust their drivers if this is how they behave while on the clock carrying passengers.
