I really like using this company, and will continue to do so. That being said, the female dispatcher is awesome, the guy who answers however...needs to smoke a few less... when you call to place a pickup order you should not be called back and asked "you needed this picked up from (insert business here)".... like no duh that's what i said and why I said it was there and why I gave you my name and address... next, you need a person's name to pick up their order..i shouldnt have to stop you from hanging up to give it and your driver should be using it for picking up my order so that we can avoid the confusion of the driver calling me and saying it not there just to find out after 20 mins of b.s. that the driver never used the pickup name and tried to use one small part of my address for an order I did for pickup, I dunno May be the dispatcher didn't give him a name but i know i gave it to him, dam I've never dealt with such lack of care for ones job in a two day period
