I was extremely disappointed in the flowers that were delivered to my sick relative at a time when we couldn’t be there for them. The size and quality of the bouquet were not comparable to the ones posted on the website. I feel I was taken advantage of because it was an online order with no accountability not being face to face. I am most dissatisfied that I was completely ignored when I both emailed and texted my concerns to the company multiple times. Shameful! I am not one to post public negative reviews but the lack of response left me no alternative but to protect others from putting their trust in this company.

Very very poor experience. I ordered flowers for my daughter’s birthday to be delivered as I am from out of town. The flowers she received were not even close to what I had ordered both in style and price. I found something from the website at a slightly cheaper price point and told them this was the style I liked but to add more to it as I was spending $100. The arrangement she received was no where close to what I asked for in both style and price. When I called and emailed to complain no one bothered to reply.
My daughter received other flowers that day that came from a grocery store floral department that were way more beautiful and were half the price.

The folks at Rollason are always helpful. The flowers are always fresh. A bit of feedback - the online ordering system could be clearer. I ordered some flowers and where I thought I was entering the billing address was apparently the delivery address, so that wasn’t super ideal. I brought them back and they were able to re-deliver them as planned. 🙂

Disappointed with wedding flowers, they did not have the colour i'd requested a couple weeks in advance (requested peach for accent color in mainly white and greenery bouquet, got pink). Bouquets immediately started falling apart when taken out of the delivery box, and continued to self destruct through the ceremony and rest of the day. The boutonniers were GIGANTIC, they doubled down on the wrong color, adding 3 pink roses to what should have been a single white rose with some greenery for the boutonniers. Though I'd specifically said the eucalyptus leafs would be too large for the boutonniers, they used eucalyptus AND a fern, AND baby's breath.... Way too much, especially of the wrong color, way too heavy , pulling down lapels and awkward looking. Less is more! I appreciate maybe they were trying to do something special? but giant identical chest gardens on all the menfolk was not great - the groom's boutonnier was not even different from the others. Sigh. First world problems, I realize. Take home message is to check floral design ahead of time if possible/ get delivery early so you have time to fix if needed. Ps no one returned my call to the store about this

Excellent Service and Thoughtful Alternative!

I placed a very last-minute order for Mother's Day flowers and unfortunately, they were out of flowers. However, Rollison called me promptly this morning to let me know and offered a wonderful alternative of a couple of plants and some chocolates or wine instead. It was a fantastic and thoughtful substitution given the circumstances!
Their customer service was excellent in handling the situation, and my Mum was delighted with the plants and chocolates. Highly recommend them for their great communication and flexible solutions!

Wow from start to finish these flowers were amazing! Slowly they opened into a beautiful arrangement, I numerous times said….wow!!!!
The coloured vase came with the arrangement and they made a medical recovery just a bit easier😊
