These folks have been pretty darn helpful. The guys in the yard are excellent workers.

I did notice that the management might want to provide a shelter outside for breaks out of weather, and in the heat, workers need electrolytes AKA - PowerAid- I did not see evidence of this practice.

Over all, an excellent place to get all your home and yard needs! Fantastic plant department and experts during the season start up. Truly helpful, fun staff throughout!

Take care of the workers! Without them we have nothing.

Some staff love their jobs there and others are just putting in time waiting for their checks, a few people happen to mention this to me. I have had real issues personally except I had some cashier be a little curt, I could say I saw she was having a bad day. That was very evident in her attitude. Must say Duncan is a super Manager and will go out of his way to make sure his customers are happy always. DS

I called and ordered a beautiful kitchen matte black faucet that was on sale at their location. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any in stock, but he ordered it in for me and will give me a call when it comes in. He said I can have it for the sale price when it gets in. Very courteous over the phone. I don’t live there but I bought it for a gift for somebody. So they will just go into the store and pick it up when it arrives. Very courteous fellow on the phone.

Need to pick up some screws. Friendly service. Easy to find things. Washrooms were decent. Prices are alright. Lots to see. Some interesting things as well. Sales are the best time to buy.Friendly service, lots to see the atmosphere was good. Staff was good polite and helpful. Got everything I needed a bit busy but handed perfectly and didn't seem like that long of a wait. I will be back soon, highly recommend you stop. The world is a terrible place lately be apart of the good and treat all with respect!!!!!

They were out of the model my dad wanted for a snow blower and they didn't go down on the price for a different model. The owner should know that he just lost our business.

Don't bother doing their pick up service. They don't look at their phones so they don't know when u arrive so u also call and it takes 20 plus mins to get your stuff

Great staff. Super friendly and helpful. The back yard guys are always helpful. Being from prince george, I would sooner drive to Quesnel for my rona needs. I picked up 4 foot privacy slats as our prince george branch will not bring them in.. You rock quesnel rona.

Rona is awesome. They are very helpful, but they are SUPER BUSY so be patient. Everyone is really friendly. They usually have everything we need....but if we have to wait for a shipment takes from 5 to 14 days.
