Très satisfait du service de réparation. Des gens très aimables. Ils m'ont montré en personne ce qui ne marchait pas avec ma camionnette double essieu lors d'un alignement. Très surpris étant donné qu'il s'agit d'une usine, le prix n'était pas exorbitant. Ce pourrait bien être mon atelier de réparation automobile de prédilection.

Leur service client est incroyable, toujours prêt à aider et à répondre à toutes les questions. J'ai hâte de faire affaire avec eux à nouveau.

Happy with the repair service. Super nice folks. Showed me personally what was wrong with my dually truck when going for an alignment.
Very surprised considering it's connected with a dealership that the price wasn't unreasonable.
Might become my go to car repair shop.

We brought our 2018 Dodge Durango in when the engine warning light came on. Spoke with Peter on the phone on Friday afternoon, and he was able to squeeze us in for a quick diagnostic test. His co-worker, Jen, ran the test in 10 minutes and found that the vehicle was fine. And they refused to take payment for the service. We have now booked regular service for the vehicle, and we will use Roseway for our vehicle's needs when we are in town. Very impressed!

The only good thing about purchasing the vehicle was the sales man. I bought a 2010 and within the first month and a half found out that the car shouldn't have even had a sticker put on it because there was a very bad strut (that had been bad for quite some time) and sway bar link gone (They did offer to pay HALF the bill to get this fixed, something that should've been done before it left the lot). The day of driving the car home, I stop to fill the tank and couldn't get the car to start !! It wasn't reading it was going in park. I made 4 trips back to the dealership and that issue was fixed BUT was told the bolt had backed out of the sway bar link and was the noise I was hearing (when the sway bar link was GONE !!) I then realize it was just slightly out of line and ruined 4 brand new tires. Then the engine light comes on and can't figure out why or get it to go off. I was told the A/C worked (bought the car in march so took their word) only to find out that the condenser is gone and somewhere around ANOTHER $700 to get that fixed. All in all, I should've just bought a brand new vehicle cause by time I'm done paying to fix what was suppose to work and be done when I purchased the vehicle, I'll probably have paid for a new one !!! I 110% WON'T be back. Even after contacting them and making them aware of everything, all I get is the attitude that it's my problem now (even though they was made aware of the problems before the first month warranty was up) Buyer beware !! Make sure you take the vehicle to another garage to check EVERYTHING before handing any money over !!
