My car suddenly had issues 30 mins away from London at 7am when it was very cold and snowy. Special thanks to Neil for coming out very quick and helping me. Never had my car towed before and Neil made sure I understood the process and answered very question I had. They’re very quick and professional. Had the best experience with them.

On Saturday Sept.25th. just before one in the afternoon my daughter lose control of her vehicle on the west bound on ramp from Highbury to the 401,
The car a Honda civic slid on the wet road into the ditch to the right side. No real damage occurred and daughter was not injured.
My Daughter contacted Ross towing who was located right across the highway not five minutes away . When speaking to their dispatch they indicated by the description of the cars location in the ditch that the cost would be about one hundred dollars.
The OPP officer who attended the scene also indicated in his experience the cost to be anywhere from eighty to one hundred dollars.
Attached is a photo of the car in the ditch.
Ones the vehicle was brought back onto the road the towing services was done. The driver of the towing truck made out a bill for one hundred and sixty nine dollars and fifty cent . The cost of the towing was a surprise to my daughter being the info the dispatch indicated as well as the police officer. I believe that this cost has a lot to do with my daughter being twenty years old and a female.
I attended the Ross office the following Monday hoping to speak to someone in management about this cost, The woman at the front stated the bill is the standard towing bill. When ask if its possible to speak with someone in management the lady walked to the back and returned minutes later to say all managers were out. I left my name and number as the woman suggested saying someone would call to discuss the bill.
I received no call from anyone from the Ross towing company.

Had the unfortunate experience of blowing a tire on a busy road with no shoulder, and a missing tire iron. Service was quick and professional, a special thanks to 56 Brad, who was excellent. The truck was cleaner than when it came off the lot on the inside, this man puts his all into ensuring a negative experience is a little less bad with him around. Thanks to him, and Ross Services for the help.

Today didn't go quite as planned, but Keith and Jamie saved the day (and Christmas, literally). They're outstanding customer service turned a bad day into a not so bad one. On our way home from cutting down our Christmas tree we had a minor accident which resulted in us having to write our vehicle off. While finishing up at the reporting station Keith and Jamie offered to deliver the tree to our house. They showed up with big smiles and made our day so much better. I will definitely remember their kindness and most certainly will recommend Ross Towing to anyone in need!
