I had enough with our previous carrier so decided to give Routes a call. They quickly set my company up gave us a great rate and kept in contact the entirety of the transportation. After a few more shipments we decided to transfer everything over to them and we cannot be happier about this choice. Routes is easily 10/10 with great people and communication. They also had custom billing options and hand made spreadsheets which made life so much easier for our accounting and RND.

Buyer beware! Absolute terrible company to deal with and their prices are very high compared to what you would get through an asset based transport company. Their senior management team is very unprofessional and do not ‘own up’ to their errors and mistakes. Never in my 20+ years have I dealt with such an ignorant and arrogant transportation company in my profession.

This company has the worst customer service ever. Delivery was guaranteed 3 days earlier. Driver arrived and saw stairs. Told our customer he would be back between 10 and Noon. Didn't show up. We've been calling the so-called emergency line, getting an answering service, and no callbacks. Finally got a hold of a really ignorant manager named Kyle, we explained the urgency of the situation, and he said the driver needed a dolly. We asked why it would take 3 days to get a dolly and why no one had contacted us. He had no response. We asked when it would be delivered to our client. His response was possibly today. Our client is furious. STAY AWAY!! These guys are less expensive, but remember you get what you pay for. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE service.
