I was very sorry when my physician retired. He was excellent in every way, so I was reassured when he chose RSRS to handle my medical record. I was fortunate enough to be contacted by Cindy Sirko who was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and patient while explaining the role of RSRS in obtaining my complete file and, when copied several weeks from now, sending it to me on a USB stick. Cindy answered all my questions. This is an important service that should contribute significantly to the continuity of up to date and efficient, uninterrupted patient care.

I had a wonderful experience with RSRS. Eric was amazing! I had a tricky situation, but he was able to assist me and help get the documents I needed in a timely manner. Need to adjust my review, a huge thank you to Darren, that responded to my review right away, and apologized for what had happened and how long it has taken. He called me numerous times to keep me updated, but all in all could not find my daughter's records, but this could be a number of reasons why, not only at fault of RSRS.
THANK YOU Darren for looking after this mess and fixing this problem. Sure hope this company is aware the value of your customer service is so greatly appreciated. Darren you get a 5 star review. 🙂

If I could give this company a zero star rating it would be more appropriate.
With reading reviews it seems a number of people are having the same issue as myself.
Spending hours and hours trying to get answers and telling me they cannot find my daughter's medical records, and making it sound like it is my fault. This has been going on since July 5, 2024 and here we are March 31, 2025, and I am now to a point I just want a refund for the documents I have not received and all I get is the run around.
When I received the documents for myself, they were a mess no date order nothing looked like they just through all information all together and hit send.
If I new it would be this difficult and time consuming I would have never of paid this company.
If you can get your medical information another way do so, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IT IS A NIGHTMARE.
I JUST WANT MY REFUND FOR WHAT I DID NOT GET.

Eric answered the phone and was just so friendly and funny from the time he said "hello". I am technically challenged and he was good enough to walk me through all of the steps. Shortly after we were speaking I told him he was the most friendly and funny person I have ever spoken to on the phone representing a company.He was just wonderful and I am sure he is this way with all customers.
A fine employee you have RSRS! I hope you are compensating him accordingly....and no, he didn't ask me to say that.

In this review, I want to express my deep gratitude to Jan Chavez at RSRS Canada!
Jan is a Supervisor and Patient Support Coordinator at RSRS Canada - Record Storage and Retrival Services Inc.
I had an issue with obtaining my medical record and I became quite frustrated with it. After speaking with several representatives on the phone, I asked for my case to be escalated to someone with authority.
Less than 20 min later, Jan called me, apologized for the issue I have had with obtaining my med. record, and promised to inquire with the technical team regarding my access to my med. record, and call me back.
In just an hour, Jan called me again and informed me that my med. record has been found and is being transferred (so that it will be available for me to access it). Jan told me that she asked the technical team to expedite the process, and she expects my med. record to become available withing the next 24 hours.
Early the next morning (in less than 24 hours) I checked my
e-mail, and a message informing me that my med. record is available for access/download was already waiting for me. I logged to RSRS's secure server with provided credentials, and my med. record was indeed right there!
While I was browsing through my med. record, Jan called me again to ensure I was able to access my med. record. Jan has provided me with useful info on how to electronically search through my med. record, as well as other useful information.
Jan left me her direct telephone extension and invited me to call her should I require any help in the future.
