By far the worse shipping company that I have dealt with. Our freight was badly loaded and on arrival we could not believe that damage that our furniture suffered. Our motorcycle was also damaged due to their negligence. They didn’t take no responsibility for their poor service and were very difficult to get in touch with especially when it came to discussing their negligence and poor service. Avoid at all costs !

dealing with this company was probably the worst experience i ever had. very poor communication , it takes days to answer my emails.i keep calling the phone number and no answer. closed on weekends and you cant reach them via anything after 4PM during the weekdays. incompetent staff ( Rosida Sumun ) despite me following all her requests in term of packing and sending her pictures of my packages the box ended up to be unfit for shipping. also claimed there are no charges on recieving end but i ended up paying +300$ . she even forgot to send me the tracking number and took her 3 days to answer my email .... i finally got my package , something was broken inside but i wont even go through the hassle of reaching them again. very frustrating experience. please AVOID this company.
