Quite far out of the city of Calgary, but rates are fair. Be sure you contact them prior to your lease expiring if you do not plan on renewing for the same length of term. The mgmt is planning some upgrades to the storage lot which is always a good thing. Friendly to deal with.

Beware the fake review.
-The location is outside the city.
-The owner told me trailers have been stolen from this place. There are no cameras here.
-Also, this is not self storage. Anytime I drove out to the spot I had to wait 30mins to 45mins wait anytime as the code has changed or I needed a key from the owner randomly. He does not take any responsibility for his business, only excuses.
-He also upped my rates to $43 from $30 per month. Without notice. In town I can get storage at$50 per month. Not worth the drive for this savings. Also,
I couldn’t get invoices from the guy as he stopped emailing me. Last time I went to get the trailer, he stated I was over my term and would have to pay 3months extra. His policy clearly says you owe 1 month in this circumstance. That’s when my rate went up on the spot. After waiting 45mins, again. Jesus Christ.

If I could do a -☆ I would!! Denver who we delt with is very weird and so rude....text us @4am to tell us someone didn't put key backand said we were the last to go in(reality he doesn't know who went in last) when we went in we took a pics and sent it to him to show we were responsible and left it all how we found it. Except for the car that you had to move to get in after gate( wouldn't start). DO NOT STORE ANYTHING WITH THEM. OUR TARP WAS TAKEN AS WELL AS OUR MONEY!!! Total rip offs!

Trailer storage facility has tight security. Cameras, fenced and gravelled yard. Very cheap pricing. Call them and save some money.

Terrible place to store your trailer !! No security at all and the owner won’t even tell you when the lock box has been broken and the place has been broken into DONT STORE ANYTHING HERE !!
