One of their delivery guys came today and he was very helpful. I was having hard time to get my car out of the parking because of ice stuck everywhere. Just opened door for him to put the package inside the lobby and in return he shovelled the snow and helped my car get out in just 5 minutes. This was very impressive. Thanks man .

This morning around 8:21, we had a man come to one of the doors ring the bell 6 times in a span of 2 seconds just to slap a note to the door saying no answer (parcel sticker) and leave. If he had actually waited for a minute he would have noticed we were In fact Home. I usually have great service when I get deliveries but this was not one of them.

I online shop. A lot. You know, to help the economy. I have had packages delivered by just about every company there is and SA Deliveries is by far the best. I was not home to receive one of my packages so the driver called me and offered to deliver it to me at work a little later in the day! I could not believe it, usually I get the little cards (which is fine) or I come home to find my packages sitting in the entry way of my apartment building (not fine). The driver went out of his way to make sure I got my parcel and I very much appreciate it.

I heard the van pull up in the driveway. Went to the door and the package was left on the front door step. No knock. Live on a busy street if I weren’t home my product could have been stolen or melted in the sun.

Fantastic! The gentlemen made sure I was home when delivering my computer, even during the covid he came right up to the door and put it inside my door for me above and beyond! He said it was too valuable to leave outside, great customer service

Deliver man was awkward and gave off a threatening vibe. Didn't respond to "thank you" or "have a great day". Some how got into the building without using the buzzer at the front door.
