Called yesterday, said he would be here today.....he texted me today saying he was coming today. I told him alright just shoot me a text when you're on your way....I have dogs. It's almost 9pm and no show. I texted asking why he didn't tell me he was coming and no answer but he read the text. If he could have just told me he couldnt do it I would have been able to call someone else.

We had our sprinkler system installed and not only were the workers professional and friendly, but they stayed to make sure all spray was going exactly where we wanted it to. Highly recommend this amazing company.

Were extremely apprehensive about hiring this company after they were so incredibly rude when we called. we wanted to surprise our young son and have his new pool ready when he got home from summer camp. Were told that they would be here during the day to fill my sons pool. He never showed and ended up calling us at 10pm to see if they could still come around 11pm! I would never recommend this company! we are completely disgusted by the lack of professionalism.

Very rude and not dependable. When Lesley answered the phone calls she was a dream to talk to and very polite and calls were always returned. It's awful when you change staff. I do not recommend them at all. And the barter system is only 1 sided I am wondering if I should send him a big bill.

If possible I'd give a negative number rating. STAY AWAY from this guy. Sketchy, unprofessional and a real piece of work. Provides a verbal quote, and then lies about the time he spent. ALSO, he wants you to pay for HIS DRIVE BACK after providing service. Tried to convince me a 25 minute drive from Fenelon Falls to Crystal Lake was more than an hour. At time & material, sure it is... BE CAREFUL, I wouldn't let him fill my sink. Probably try to charge 3x as much. ** SERVICE BREAKDOWN - 1/2 hour charge to drive to Fenelon Falls (thought he was in Fenelon Falls), Load Water in truck For a Hot Tub, Claims 1 hour to my location, 1/2 hour back.
.... Funny how it was a 1/2 hour back on a trip that 1 hour to get there
