These new routes are awful. No stops on the 17 on wellington to clearwater, 1 stop through lambton colllege and hard to find and nothing for the research park. Who ever changed the routes needs to seriously listen to the public and change it back, I would give -100000000 if I could.

The new route does not suit me at all. I work in Lambton Mall and do not have a car, so I get there by bus. Now, to get to the mall, you need to make a few circles. This is outrageous. I believe that whoever thought through this route did not take into account the wishes of users. I would suggest adding a stop near the Metro on this route or returning the old one

Overall transit is good but the bus drivers are really kind, good and helpful especially Mani,Dorran and Mandy. They helped me many times. But one chubby lady with curly hairs, I don’t know her name but she met me many times on number 7… she is too rude to passengers. She left me on terminal in snow many times.

New routes are crazy.removing murphy terminal was their worst decision . I don’t who did that rescheduling of these routes but did a pretty bad job. Worst service now . Hate this . Before it used to get me home in 7 minutes .now it takes 40 minutes crazy..!!!

Extremely ignorant bus driver on the 3/4 today
Give me trouble for my bus ticket because I bought it last year. Made me give him Two bus tickets and extremely rude with me. This is not the way you treat people and transit is stickler for their fair. If you’re even five cents short, they will You in the bus. The bus is supposed to be a safe place for all and that’s Transit always advertises, but that’s not the truth. The bus system is designed for international students, but not for the locals

Drivers are very helpful, i am not sure his name but the Guy in Turban and the guy who greets people according to their culture. They both are really good and helpful to everyone. I saw their kindness towards passengers many times.

All the drivers are great, however, it’s hard to find a seat on the bus sometimes. Especially sucks after working long hours, and having to stand most of your bus ride. Schedule seems like it’s constantly changing too which is annoying (or maybe I just can’t keep up). Glenn, Norm, and a gentleman that usually wears a mask with long hair are some of the best drivers.
