I had an unfortunate event happen on a sunny August Sunday afternoon. Flooded my kitchen/dining when I inadvertently left my sink to fill and forgot and went out and watered my flower beds. Came in to water everywhere 🙁
Insurance was no help (Monday to Friday of course). I called Service Master and Mrs Wood called back promptly and told me I was doing all the right things. Suggestions on how to manage the situation.
Monday morning I got a call from Mr Guy Wood and he was in my driveway and came in to assess the situation and he assured me I’d done everything right and had a few suggestions for the upcoming days to help with the drying process.
I cannot say enough about how they (virtually and in person) held my hand and helped me through this unfortunate event

Because of a sump pump malfunction, for the first time our entire basement flooded, wine room, workshop, office and family room awash in water. I managed to bale out 90% of the water but all the carpets were soaked and too heavy to lift. I was concerned about any delay in removal causing mold. Called Service Master this Easter Weekend when they were closed. Spoke to their answering service. Had two lovely workmen at our house in half an hour. They worked extremely hard, efficiently and had all the carpet pulled up, removed and taken away. Nothing but good things to say about these two fellas...my heroes!.

Service Master was an amazing help to my family in our time off need. They have helped to mitigate a flood loss, saving my family time and hardship, and saving the insurance company and industry money. Mark, Guy, and the whole crew have our best interests in mind and we have the ultimate confidence in them to help clean up this mess, fix it right, and make sure this doesn't happen to us again.
