Visited ServiceOntario in Ajax on a Saturday morning and was very pleased with the service provided.

ServiceOntario wasn’t too busy when I came in and my turn arrived soon. Tamara, the service attendant was very polite, professional and friendly. She was patient and advised me exactly what was supposed to be done. She did an excellent job.

Even though my work took a little longer due to the nature of the service required, I was quite satisfied and had a great experience at ServiceOntario.

Service was good, there were a lot of staff and queue was moving well
Upon entering you need to collect a token, and call in order
I had only a driver's address change, it went really smooth, however, other tasks may take more time
From outside it looks really pale, and the premises llooks quite unmaintained

Staff were very nice. The gentleman at the front desk was super helpful, very patient and very nice.

The wait time was not bad at all. I came during the time staff were in rotation for breaks but it was still quick efficient. The building looks like it was newly renovated. Very clean lots of chairs for waiting.

I had to use Service Ontario in Ajax to register my car and found the staff so friendly and knowledgeable. They have a ticket system set up just inside the store, they also have chairs set up in rows for everyone. They believe in treating everyone with dignity and respect.
If you use this location get a ticket right away and have a seat is my advance for everyone.
