This branch has been extremely helpful with dealing with my recently passed mothers Estate. Tonya from Rimbey and Kristi from Estate Services have been a huge help.

Frustrated with tellers, overly pushy. If I want to put my money into my account I own, I shouldn't be told I have to move money around. She claimed to have a higher interest rate account, when asked the teller misquoted the current rate, and had no suggestions for the account with better services. Felt attacked and judged for letting Servus hold my savings account and that my basic privacy is not a policy there when she turn the monitor to the foyer.

Generally happy with the credit union here in Rimbey. I use them for my personal, corporate, and some of my investment accounts. I've received better service (with fewer surcharges) with Servus than with the big national banks.
