These boys are absolutely fantastic in every way imaginable! No kidding!! I don’t normally leave reviews but when the service is this good, I feel compelled! I reached out to them Sunday and I was immediately greeted by a friendly customer service, Kaylee, who explained everything in great details and offered a clear quote. I wasn’t decisive about getting a moving company then and she told me not to hesitate to reach out if I need any last minute help. When my U-Haul truck wouldn’t fit all my stuff the next morning I reached out to them for emergency assistance. Sure enough these boys showed up the same day, friendly and full of energy despite it was late in the day. They started working the second they arrived and I never have to give the same instruction twice!! They cleaned out my entire apartment in less than TWO HOURS!! One thing I’m certain of is that these boys want to save your money!! I made things a little more complicated because I have some furnitures I wanted to drop off at a donation centre. It sure complicated things but again, told them once and they didn’t mess up!! I was concerned about how things would go at the donation centre so we agreed to meet there altogether. I literally left 2 minutes behind them and before I got there, I got a text saying it’s already DONE!! 2 minutes!! The efficiency is SURREAL!! These two gentlemen, Eli and Dennis, are determined to save your money!! I ended up paying less for moving from Kitchener to Owen Sound than I paid for moving from Markham to Kitchener!! Incredible!! They work faster than the Italians switching sides in World War 1!

We were extremely impressed with the services offered by Shark Moving. Our movers Bilal, Elchin, and Vitali were dedicated, focused, strong and extremely hard working. Our move was during a heat wave and these men worked tirelessly and without complaint all day to get the job done right. They had to go back to our original home to move the last few items and the move went longer than anticipated but they did not complain once, they worked so hard to get the job done to our liking. They were polite, kind and professional. I called 5 companies to get quotes and found shark to be very reasonable relative to the other companies, and we are very happy with our choice. Would highly recommend!
