Been looking forward to ordering from this establishment after seeing their advertisement video on Tik Tok. Extremely disappointing! Ordered 2 extra large chicken shawarma wraps. $19.99 each through Uber eats. Was buy one get one free. Got a small wrap. Next to no chicken. Freezing cold. Never touched the grill. Dry. Next to no sauce. Restaurant decides portion size, so no refund or replacement or even partial credit. Best shawarma is Highland Shawarma. Won't order here again. Terrible value for the money.

Awesome staff. Gave us some free soup to try at end of night, delicious. Shawarma was excellent, next time I’ll be ordering the kind with lettuce Not fries as fries in a wrap are heavy, but that’s on me for ordering it.

Thank you for your attention and reply! I appreciate the clarification regarding the online promotion for 5+1. I would recommend clarifying this with the rest of the staff as well for improved consistency, the reason I say this is that we have always received this discount whenever we ordered in store for take out multiple times in the past. Every time we ordered, the person at the register would clarify that if we ordered a few more and hit the minimum 5, we would get a free shawarma. Furthermore, my concern is that today, the staff member did not clarify what other promotions were in effect, if any, even though I asked multiple times. It was quite dismissive and not at all the service we are used to receiving at this store. Interestingly enough, one of my friends ordered 4 shawarmas a few minutes later and this time there was a random “2 for $16.99” promotion applied. I personally do not care about a few dollars off here and there, however, what upset me the most was the lack in consistency in the service and information provided. I think everyone would appreciate clearer language surrounding “promotions” if your store does hope to have them in effect. Hope this helps! Looking forward to your famous tea once the weather cools off.

We used to come here quite a lot, most recently we got take out from this place 2 weeks ago, and everytime we came, there was a discount in place where for every 5 shawarmas you buy, the 6th would be free. There was always tea and some snacks in the place as well for everyone that stopped by. Today, the young girl at the cash register said they don’t do the 5+1 discount anymore and “they haven’t had done it in ages.” There was also no tea or anything else present. It was interesting that the receipts still indicated that the discounts are in effect, as you can see on the photo attached, however the staff denied it and even said that she checked with the manager and confirmed there is no discount. Not sure if we will be coming back to this place… it really lost its charm.

Context: I ordered 2 large wraps on Uber Eats and this is the smallest “large wrap” I’ve ever seen. Both wraps were like this

I am so impressed with Shawerma Plus! This place seriously delivers when it comes to flavour, quality, and portion size. I ordered the chicken shawarma plate with veggies, extra garlic, and a drizzle of pomegranate syrup on top — and it was fantastic. The chicken was juicy and perfectly seasoned, the veggies were fresh and well-prepared, and the garlic sauce added the perfect creamy kick. The pomegranate syrup tied it all together beautifully.

Also, shoutout to the takeout container — sounds like a small thing, but it was sturdy, spacious, and actually pleasant to eat out of. So many places skimp on packaging, but this one made the whole experience even better.

Big portions, bold flavours, and thoughtful presentation — I’ll definitely be back!

extremely hostile and rude behavior from the staff making wraps in the burgundy adidas hat. Was waiting five minutes for someone to take my order, I said excuse me, and he barked at me. For a $40 order this is abhorrent. Your customers are the lifeblood of your business. Treat them poorly and they WILL spend their money elsewhere. Doesn’t matter how good the food is, I am not tolerating disrespect. Check your cameras to see which employee this was on Feb 16. The other two staff were kind. The one wit the beard and burgundy hat was aggressive and yelled. If I ever come into your store and he is working, I am leaving and going elsewhere. I promise you.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years and have always considered your shawarma the best in town. However, I’ve noticed a decline in quality recently and wanted to share my feedback regarding a recent experience.

I placed an online order for the chicken shawarma wrap promotion (2x2 wraps with Jawad sauce) and went to pick it up. Upon arrival, I received only two wraps instead of four. The staff member apologized and quickly prepared the remaining wraps, which I appreciated.

However, when I got home, I found that two of the wraps were made with the spicy sauce, which we don’t eat. Additionally, the overall taste of the shawarma wasn't up to the standard I’ve enjoyed in the past.

I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that it helps you maintain the quality your customers have come to expect.
