I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this store . On June, 29 , 2025 , I shipped a package to Iraq , the owner of this store Mahdi Almohajir told me that the package will take about (( 4 )) days to be in Iraq so call the receiver after 4 days . I paid him (( $ 131.00 )) and he gave me the receipt and the tracking number .
I tracked my package after 5 days and couldn’t found it .!!! I called the store and told the owner that my package is not delivered .!!! . He said ( Don’t worry about tracking I checked it it’s in Baghdad / Iraq but the problem is they need your ID. and the receiver ID. , send me your Id & his Id and they will call him in few minutes ) ( He is a liar ) . !!!! I said to him ( they ask for the receiver ID. is ok but why they ask for my ID. ? ) !!!! Anyway I sent him my ID. and the receiver ID. and waited to the next day to check with the receiver, he said nobody called about the package.!!! .
I called the store owner He sent me a different package showing the package in Dubai .!!!! I checked the main shipping company reviews and found that everyone complained about the shipping delays.!!!! Today is July , 25 , 2025 and my package is still missing . I called the store but no answer !!!! I texted them but no response.!!! So I believe that the company is not for shipping, I think they are cheaters, cheat the people collect money from them and throw their packages in the garbage .!!!!
I can’t believe it a package from canada to Iraq takes more than a month , so my package didn’t leave Canada. .!!!!!!!
Today is July , 29 , 2025 , I called the shipping company ARAMEX in Mississauga that The Shipping Universe deals with them and talked to the customer service, the lady said “ we didn’t receive any packages from SHIPPING UNIVERSE in Calgary , talk to EDDY the owner of Shipping Universe in Calgary “. !!!
I called MAHDI ALMOHAJIR ( EDDY ) the owner of the store , he said “ I am sorry your package is lost “ .
I went to the store and talked to the owner Mahdi who was my friend for many years and asked him to make a refund for the cost of the shipping $ 131.00 . He refused to make a refund and he said “ forget to get any refund even one dollar “ .!!!! He sold our friendship for $ 131.00 . and he forgot how many times he ate for free in my restaurant .!!!!
