I'd like to share our wonderful experience with Todd ( Shirran's Taxi) .He was very helpful and genuine man.☺️☺️☺️
I and my partner are new in Bonavista, He picked us up from St. John's to Bonavista and charged us a very reasonable price.
Todd also offered one of his hostile with super affordable price to us , He welcomed us warmly in ( HI Bonavista) place is so neat, clean , fully furnished and everything is so accessible. I super love the place it feels like home for us.
I super highly recommend to all travelers to contact Todd for an amazing ( Shirran's Taxi Service) and I can guarantee a secure and safe travel with him.😀😀😀

I always have fun riding this shuttle! The first time I tried Shirran's Taxi was a couple weeks ago for my first visit in Bonavista. As Todd drops off and picks up parcels from small communities, it felt like a free sightseeing for me. Its a very scenic ride to Bonavista. Also, I get to see how locals interact with each other. Something I'm definitely not able to see easily as a tourist.The 2nd time I rode the shuttle to Bonavista last week, we were moved to a party bus. Which for me was super fun! How often can one ride a party bus?!? Let alone take you all through a scenic ride to Bonavista?!? It's a vacation! Loosen up people 🙂 Todd is so funny with lots of local stories. This kind of service is needed by smaller communities between Bonavista and St John's. I read some negative review here about it but I think in my opinion, Todd is actually working hard helping smaller communities to be more connected to the bigger cities/town for people who doesn't have a car. Newfoundland doesn't really have any public transportation between towns and smaller communities. Thanks again Todd! Til next time!

This is a great service and good value. Todd is a a good bloke and likes to have a chat if you are interested. You can get a great insight into Newfoundland. So you get a tour guide throw in for free. The 4 hours to Bonavista goes quickly.

Todd was very helpful, accommodating and friendly. We are new in Bonavista and he toured us in the city and give us detailed information regarding daily needs and wherebouts. He provided exceptional service by being on time on the day of our booking and he brought me and my partner safely knowing that we had our tons of luggage. He’s even one of the good samaritan we encountered, giving us 2 bicycles with helmets so we could use for everyday’s transportation going back and fort to work and it’s for FREE. We we’re very happy and amazed for meeting you. I really admire this person for the help he extended to us. God bless you man! 🙏🏻❤️

We picked them to travel back to St. John’s over Marsh’s taxi because they were still supposed to be charging $45 but it ended up costing $60/pp. Todd was punctual, literally showed up at 7 like we were told, but then he stopped twice at gas stations for coffee without getting gas when there was a Robin’s just down the street (Newfoundland Tim Hortons that is actually good). The official 10 min break was actually at a gas station with washrooms that didn’t have a coffee shop open yet (2nd time also just down the street from a Robins)! When we first got on the bus there were tires in the aisle but the seats reclined so we were impressed and looking forward to a good nap. Then we had to stop at a lot on the way to switch vehicles and ended up in a party bus… which seems fun at first but when you’ve been out late the night before, flashing strobe lights, open beer cans from a previous party still in the cupholders and the long party bench seating is not an upgrade. We had to ask him to turn off the lights, turn on the heat and when he picked up a family with 3 young children my first thought was that this bus was totally inappropriate and unsafe for kids. Super disappointed especially when we were told mid trip we’d be paying 60$/person rather than the quoted 45$ that we called and confirmed prior to booking as well as this being posted on their Facebook page. Just call Marsh’s Taxi they’re honest and make an effort to make the trip enjoyable.
