I have used Simcoe County Airport Service four times. They have been exceptional each time. I couldn't ask for anything more.

If you're in terminal 1 arrivals, finding the out of town service can be a bit tricky. You'll need to take the escalator to baggage claim. Immediately turn left once off the escalator and head through the doors the electronic signs alternate and only sometimes say "out of town". Once through the doors, head right and take the escalator. Then take a 180 degree (u-turn) right, walk a bit, and you will be at the out of town service desk. There will be logos of other shuttle services -- don't worry, you're in the right place.

Excellent service for our group of 7 from Washago to Pearson and back. Our first driver was a few minutes early; we got door to door service for a great price. Coming back, our flight was unfortunately canceled at the last minute, and we were rebooked to fly in 2 days later. I contacted Simcoe County Airport Service to let them know and they rebooked the shuttle for our new arrival time. We were picked up within 20 minutes of checking in at the "Out of Town" services counter after picking up our luggage. We were very relieved to have our skilled driver get us home safely after a long and tiring day of travel through several time zones. Would not hesitate to use their services again; highly recommend!

Very disappointed. We have tried to use this service twice now. The first time we were left at the airport in Toronto as the driver was half asleep still in Barrie. We decided to try again and give them another shot and after our flight had landed we got a message saying they were delayed 2 hours. We cancelled and just ordered an Uber which was over $50 cheaper. Will never ever use this service again.

I used this service 3 times in 2023 the first time the vehicle was newer so the ride was easy smooth great driver ! Now the second and third time I used it it was brutal !! The drive nice guy but he took all the bumps in the road and?made a number on my back !!! If you have people in your vehicle for God Sake take it easy !! The ride was very painful all the way home !! I will use the service again but I will pay more and get a better ride

Thank you to Kumar, our driver this evening. After a long day of travelling, he was a breath of fresh air! Kumar texted us so when our plane landed, we knew that he was waiting. He took our luggage for us and straight to the waiting van...right at the airport doors! We had a great drive home with easy conversation. He was thoughtful about our comfort level and checked in a few times to make sure we were alright. Thank you to Sherry for making the booking process so easy and for calling to confirm all the details and Thank you to Kumar for a great ride home!
