Beware of the mice! Storage next to the dump seems convenient but it will cost you in the end.

I rented a 10x10 unit here for about 6 months (Unit C31). Everything was fine until my last visit a week ago. I found mice poo in my boxes, and my bags were torn into. My clothes and some wires are all chewed up and smell terrible. In the end it cost me over 1000$ in damage, not to mention the 1200$ I gave them in rent. The units have gaps leading outside as well as between individual units. So animals can come and go as they please.

I was told to send a message to their admin email and nobody has gotten back to me in over a week. Be smarter than I was and rent somewhere else.

Update* The company reached back out in an attempt to get me to remove my review.

I discovered the location through an online search. Managing my belongings has been straightforward, and the site is exceptionally convenient for us near Berry Mills. The application is quite helpful as well. Overall, it has been a pleasant experience for my family.

I was quoted a price then changed it the day I moved in. They taxed 3 individual charges on my invoice. Then added them all up and taxed it for a second time. Contract sayi must be 45 days late before my items are thrown out. At 31 days they threw everything out stating my locker was a fire hazard. They sent me a picture to show me and it was of someone else's locker. Upon realizing this I offered to pay and come get my things. They told me lie after lie to try and cover there mistakes. The previous month I over paid by 10$. It was not refunded which also would have meant I had 10$ paid on the next month so I wasn't even 31 days late. And mice are rapid there. Mouse poop and chewed items everywhere

The best renting place in Greater Moncton area!! Very easy access. The user friendly app is awesome! It was a great experience renting a unit, I could access my unit anytime!
