I just had my washer and dryer delivered to my condo - driver Chintan Mehal was very nice and polite, he took the time to clean up after himself and took down all the garbage into our garbage room.

The location in Brampton only has one... ONE forklift driver for outside carriers. Are you kidding me How can you have us waiting 2 hours for a skid? New big warehouse and this shit service! Employees are all very nice! Just the system is horrible!!!

The worst warehouse in Toronto area. Very disorganized, very slow. No more shipments to this warehouse. Ridiculously very long waiting line. They deserve minus ten rating, not even one star.

Very unprofessional. It's my first time picking up a shipment here and after waiting a half an hour they served the guy behind me first claiming "the other guy has your paperwork" and I have been waiting for a half hour for 3 skids after they already served the guy behind me.
If you have the optipn, never use this place

Very unprofessional company. I would not do business with them again. Was told multiple times our delivery days... Would be delivered Monday - no delivery. Would be delivered Tuesday - no delivery. Would be delivered Wednesday - no delivery. Call again @ 4PM on Wednesday night. "Yes sir, the truck will deliver it before 6PM." No delivery. Now I'm on the phone Thursday morning trying to find out what happened to this magical truck but can't get a hold of anyone.

is there a way to give it a Zero Star - finally found somebody well deserving.

Its a nightmare to deal with them. the container is in their warehouse and i am on a 3rd day and its not offloaded yet. now there is weekend. so 5 days just to offload a container that has already reached the warehouse. Then there phone line is busy or i don't know what. been on hold for more than 15 minutes and then had to disconnect and dial again. did this for more than an hour or so and still could not get to anyone to speak to. this is pathetic. then i got hold of somebody over the email. she talked but sounded like she does not give a damn about how desperately i want my cargo to be delivered to me. i wish i never had to deal with them ever.
