Car 16 was very rude and impatient, why does he even have this job? Hope to not see him again or in any other customer service. He attempted to throw my daughter’s car seat out of the car when it got stuck to the cars hook, (she wasn’t in the car seat) but still. Disturbing man. Possibly racist?

If there is less one star , I would give zero. Terrible service , several times no answer and we had to have friends drive us or even walk . One lady always working morning shifts is beyond rude . She hangs up on us while we are still saying our requests for taxi with credit machine .
Terrible rude and unprofessional service to be added to a town already struggling in all aspects .

I'm sure the dispatcher is drunk!
So rude.
Took 4 calls for her to understand the simple request.
No problem with the driver at all.
That made me wonder if you care about your company. Do you? Or are you complacent that you are the only cab company in town?

The thing that gets me most is the stench. Personal hygiene is important in customer service land so wearing deodorant goes a long way and washing the interior of the cars to decrease body odors and other lingering odors is also important. Clean yourselves and your vehicles. It's unfortunate this is the only option for taxi services, but just because you have the monopoly doesn't mean you should be able to get away with being ugly human beings. Be polite. To your customers. Be kind and help when needed and most definitely TAKE A DARN SHOWER AND USE DEODORANT because you smell awful. And if you're a smoker, make sure you carry mints. Air yourself out. Cig smell stinks. I'm sure you've been told this in nicer way numerous times and yet it's fallen on deaf ears. I'd rather smell perfume then body odors like yours! Gross. Do better taxi people. (Not all, but most) just do better!

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Many taxi drivers are extremely rude, leaving their cars on the street without wanting to offer kindness to a woman and a baby. He didn't say hello when entering the vehicle, much less thanked him when the race ended. The woman who answers the phone is so rude you can't believe it. Simply go by bus, the bus drivers are super polite here in PR, but the taxi drivers' cars are dirty, smell like cigarettes and are rude and lazy.
