This express lane location is garbage, they seem to always either forget to pack an item or give me the wrong variation.

Chocolate will come melted, fruits aren't of the best quality, and they even dared to give me a bag of chips that would expire the next day.

I pay a premium expecting premium service but I would not order again.

The worst food delivery app out there! Customer service is absolutely atrocious! 3rd world customer service!They do not care about the customers at all! My first order was placed on Wednesday. The app indicated that the driver would be making multiple stops before delivering my dinner. By the time my dinner arrived. It was ice cold, including the coffee, ice cold. Would not refund a penny and just disconnected the conversation. The very next day we ordered lunch at work and the driver opened the delivery bag, stole the sandwich and delivered just the salad. Again, skip would not take responsibility for the mishandling of the food. The salad which was delivered had to be thrown out because the bag had been tampered with. The reason I know this is because I know the owner of the restaurant where we ordered from and I called them prior to complaining to Skip and they confirmed everything. The driver was a thief and would not take responsibility. Use at your own risk! I do not recommend the service!

Other stuff was okay but beware of ordering fruits or anything that is fragile. Bananas were bruised and a couple hours from rotting but skip didn't offer a refund. Items were also not packaged correctly i.e to avoid damage.

Every time I order something missing and the chocolate is mostly melted and the milk is mwarm
