We had a fantastic experience at the Smart Stop in Aurora! Kimberly and Rhea were incredible to work with—so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The facility is clean, bright, spacious, and reasonably priced. We highly recommend it! Just a note: when we called the 1-800 number, the gentleman we spoke with was rather curt and unhelpful. We're so glad we decided to visit in person and learned that they are not affiliated with the call center.

The place is clean and bright. I do feel safe most of the time, and there are also camera's everywhere, so it's good. Kimberly is great, and there was a man as well that works here, both great to have around and helpful. There was another woman, not sure what her name is , as she is not someone I usually see. Definitely not someone who is approachable, very rude and no customer service skills..or just human being skills.

A question for everyone, is it normal to have a price increase several times a year?
We have had the priced increased several times within a year. Is this normal or legal? This doesn't seem right and now Im going to start asking questions.

UPDATE: Thank you for the response. We already contacted you to speak about the issue, no one returned our call.

Service was exceptional; staff (Kimberly and Rhea) were always professional, friendly, accommodating and helpful.

They INCREASED MY RENT by 80% on their own discretion!! They trick and bait you into starting the rental at a cheap rate then jack up the prices only a couple months after. Its a TOTAL SCAM.

Front desk crew, Rhea and Kim, are outstanding. Building is clean and well maintained. Highly recommend. Beware of the big rate hikes at the 6mo mark, however!

I would like to leave a 5++ review for Rhea. She was very knowledgeable, and most of all was extremely friendly. She is the true meaning of service with a smile. I have gone in and out of the building a handful of times and she always greets me with a beautiful smile!
