The Snowy Owl Medical clinic provides top notch care! I did a clinical placement at the clinic with Dr. Michael From for school and it has been a wonderful experience. The staff is very welcoming and polite, and it was clear that they truly care about the patients they serve. I really appreciated that there was time set aside every day for same day appointments. Dr. From is an incredibly caring and compassionate physician. It was amazing to work with a physician who is so dedicated to providing excellent and evidence-based care that is tailored to the unique needs and values of every family. Went to this clinic for the first time yesterday. I cant stop thinking about how awesome of an experience I had. The staff were super polite and helpful. But Dr Wang made it the funniest, stress free, professional and best medical experience of my life. He treated me like I was a human being, not just a number to hurry and push out the door. I will be coming back for sure. The only negative is that I live 30 min away. BEST CLINIC EVER!!

We recently moved to Carstairs and were looking for a new family Doctor. Dr. Ovo Onohwakpo has been a pleasure to work with. A few times in past we have not had the most sympathetic doctors and were a bit rigid. Dr. O is a very kind gentle man who is very personable. He's seems to really want to get to know his patients and cares about their situation. We feel very blessed to have found this clinic and doctor it has been much better than we could have anticipated 🙂 If your looking for a family Doctor - we highly recommend this clinic and Dr. O.

I recently moved here from BC and like anyone knows, sometimes finding a new MD comparable to your last MD can be quite difficult. I find everyone at Snowy Owl very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Wang is very nice and I appreciate his thoroughness and time spent helping me when I come to see him.

The only reason I gave four stars rather than five is because I never really get seen at my scheduled appointment time, usually waiting in the room for awhile.

We started going to the clinic last spring with a referral to Dr. From...who is fantastic and always makes us and our daughter feel relaxed and comfortable. Now my husband is seeing Doctor Ovo and is also having a great experience. Nurses and admin staff are also stellar. Thanks for creating such a relaxed yet professional environment!

Reception staff was very welcoming when we arrived. My small child enjoyed the play area in the waiting room- a good assortment of toys and books was available. Patient exam room was well lit and the bright walls gave it less of an institutional feel. Dr. Wang is very knowledgable and took time to explain medical terminology to me in layman's terms. Overall a wonderful clinic!

Went in for reassurance on a diagnoses for our 7 year old and had Dr. From, I gotta say what a fantastic doctor, very thorough, kind, he goofs around with our son which really helped because my son does not like doctors so he was able to make him feel comfortable. It was well worth the drive. So happy with everyone there.
