Worst experience. Had items missing and good thing i checked before leaving home, went back outside to see if i can get my items. no one ever came, after about 15 minutes i finally called and they put me on hold for a while only for the guy to tell me that the lady said she made sure everything was out of the car and that they couldn’t do anything about it. my garage key was missing and so was money from my wallet. i knew my garage key was there bc there is no need for me to ever take it out my car.

Worse experience, had to make an appointment to get my car or any property. My IDs and cards were in my car and they refused to give them back. When I finally got my wallet back there was money missing and the lady had taken it out of my car without authorization. The missing money was only $10.00 but still why make yourself known as the towing business that steals from its customers for $10.00, it's not worth it.

The Fresno Location is Great. The Lady I met was very pleasant and friendly. I was there to pick up my belongings out of my car and she had it already neatly bagged and packed. She even used her own garbage bags ?. The yard was also neat and tidy and I felt it safe and secure for my car to be there. I can't wait to go back and pick up my vehicle and get the same friendly customer service, Thanks!

My car was taken to the mountain house location when I went to go pick up my car they couldn't find my property it took them an hour to find it and when I got home I noticed that on the back driver side door where they put the tool to get into my car they broke part of the door trying to get in and to top it off when I went thru my property bag I was missing things I was missing my 100$ Taser and a 100$ jar of medical marijuana and my daughter had just bought soups and that was missing also that is very unprofessional of them look out for this company ur stuff is not safe with them u will get robbed.

I have Covid and they illegally tow my vehicle pass 10 miles from where it was stolen from in a private gated community. Their customer service is the same as everyone else. They’re rude and unprofessional. I will be reporting them of all the consumers rights code they have broken.

They left my car dirty with mud and dirt. My stuff was thrown all over the car. Missing items. They made me sign the documents without being able to physically see my car first. Those documents they made me sign were stating my car is in perfect condition, no damage done to car and all personal property that was in the car is still there. FRAUD!!! LIARS!!

The worst customer service, I have ever received. They deliberately try and screw you over and constantly have several hoops for you to go through just to get your property back. You’ll need a PD receipt or 50$ no matter what, which they don’t tell you that until day of appointment, oh and after two hours of trying to get said extra 50$ they wait until your at the door to say they only take cash. Pray for any other repo company in Cali over this messy hole.

The address is 409 S San Antonio Ave, Ontario, CA 91762. For anyone who is looking for the socal location. Also - they will not tell you what you need - you have to get a PD Receipt in addition to any company release. They will not tell you until it's too late = I had to take emergency time off of work to get the PD Receipt within the time frame to get my car back.

This corrupt business obviously wants their "costumers" to have no chance to get their vehicles back without racking up extra costs and fees. Zero stars. Criminal operation.
