Transfers still "don't work". I got one printed but the machine you deposit them in don't work. Can't the bus drivers verify the date on the back then throw them away like The Vine does Cash works fine though so you can pay full price again after a 5 min ride to your transfer.

Worst bus services ever. Everytime I have to take one of these buses there's always something(late, mistrip, bus doesn't show up), im sick of this. People depend on public transportation and it's not fair to keep doing this to people with no accountability on their part. I can't tell you the number of times I've been late for work or appointments because of this transit agency.

This is horrible. They can’t even service their city/locals and they extend buses to Fairfield. Whoever is driving the 82 is horrible in the early morning come 10 minutes late and there is a lot of people that take the 82 and makes everyone late. Just recently it came 30 minutes late and the person working the front window doesn’t have an answer. Everyone milking money and are useless at soltrans.

Busses are almost always late. Many never show up. Sometimes a northbound bus will arrive late at the time a southbound bus is supposed to show up and take me in the opposite direction of where I’m supposed to go. If you try to call and ask what happened then they will tell you that they’ll call you back and never will. Soltrans hates you.

SolTrans does not connect with BART, which is uber annoying. I took the first BART train out, but missed the Y to Vallejo. When I finally got to the Vallejo Transit Center, the bus I needed for local travel was missed. Nothing is coordinated here. I ended up taking Uber to and from my destination.

Soltrans needs to get there operations together because we don’t pay for the bus to be late all the time unprofessional el Cerrito from Vallejo always late like why would yah change the R lines 80 and 85 if yah just gone be late make it make sense Soltrans?

Aprendí a usar la aplicación y me a fascinado porque puedo mobilizarme por todas partes y en la aplicación e descargado los horarios del bus aunque algunos no pasan a la hora q dice en el horario.esa es mi queja porque aveces el autobús me deja
