I found the place !! I've wanted to rave about Arlene since I seen her in her studio in December! I had traveled to Alberta from Ontario to visit my son and family and he gifted me an hour and half massage with Arlene, well let me tell you this was no ordinary massage !! She works your body through things you were not even aware of , awakens truths and hidden truths...heals...and just creates such a great space to let it all go. She is truly a gift , and I'm forever thankful my son put her on my path 💜🩷 I had pain that I had suffered with for 7 years... no doctors could figure it out , was put on horrible meds for it, after seeing Arlene I am now weaning of that medication it's no longer required, the pain is not there anymore. ❤️ can't wait to return and be on her table once again !

Breath work sessions with Arlene have been such a blessing for me. She creates an environment not only physically relaxing and professional but energetically blissful, loving and safe. This unique environment has allowed for so much amazing release of old, stagnant, and stuck energy for me. It’s helped me to feel so much peace during such a chaotic time in my life. One appointment I had; I went into it just a mess, broken down overwhelmed with negative thinking and after our breath-work session the only thoughts that came to mind were “All is well.” I highly recommend!

From the start Arlene welcomed me with warmth and smile. I enjoyed every moment of the session. The aroma in her studio is very pleasant, also the setup is very professional and very very clean. The massage and Reiki treatment made me feel so energetic and relaxed at the end of the session.

Absolutely lovely, calming, and serene atmosphere. Arlene is very gifted at explaining her methods clearly so you understand what she will be doing over the course of the massage. The massage itself is amazing! For the first time during a massage, I was relaxed enough to drift off. Quiet observation shows her concentrating on your problem and how best to help you. You leave there feeling like you've been helped, sometimes it takes several sessions. Her success?
