Heater is not working. It needs to get fixed.

Bus stop is okay, half the heating elements don't work and haven't for a while.
The transit service itself is okay at it's best times, otherwise generally unreliable. Any concerns I've reached out to them about have typically been dismissed.
Oh and here's an update for them, your app is not accurate if your drivers are speeding. They always tell me to use the app if buses are late or early (early, fly by buses have become common). But it's not going to be accurate if they're speeding.

Door to shelter blows open in the wind, hasn't been fixed in months. Transit service is generally good, unless someone decides to hold a safety meeting in the middle of the day and pull all the busses off from service. Are you telling me that you were unsafe when you dropped me off? Safety meetings should be held before start of service if they are that important.

Convenient bus services, even right into downtown Calgary. Mostly friendly drivers, very helpful when needing directions. Cost is better with the community service bus pass, half priced.
