Very pleased with the service they provided regarding the wheel alignment. There were a couple parts that needed replacing though however it drives and steers like a dream now, definitely an improvement. Would have given 5 stars but I'm curious to see if any abnormal tire wear occurs down the road although they indicated to bring it back if any problems do develop.

Had a great experience. I asked some pretty technical questions and so Michaela had the tech call me. Derek talked to me about everything I wanted to know.
The problem with my car was actually a known issue and was given an extended warranty that had just expired. He gave me the TSB number and all the info he had gathered and recommended I pursue it through Ford Canada to see if I could get it covered before he replaced it.

Derek had the opportunity to hide what he had found but instead did everything in his power to save me $800. That shows true integrity and that is why I will take all my service work to him.

Exceptional service. Unlike a Jiffy Lube or other oil change outlet, Speedy Auto is a full service automotive provider. I prefer a journeyman mechanic to remove my skid plate, change oil, check my breaks. There was no up-selling or pressure. Nice front desk staff that even drove me home and picked me up when my vehicle was ready.

I do wish this location had a proper parking lot though. The lot is not adequate and the building had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. They also have signage for Minute Muffler. They need a large Speedy sign to avoid customer confusion. Other than that I highly recommend Speedy Auto in the Fort! 🙂

AMAZING service! The gentleman at the front counter is very knowledgeable. The mechanic came out and talked to me. He was clean and helpful. The owner offered me a coffee and gave my son a Minute Muffler Toque. I am very impressed with this family owned shop.

I had a flat tire when coming into Fort Saskatchewan and still had a 2 hour drive to get home. When I called them just over an hour before they closed and explained the situation they agreed to get me squeezed in. Unfortunately for me the tire that lost air could not be saved but I did have my set of winter tires with me which they put on my vehicle in order to get me on the road. Great customer service which got me back on the road home, especially on a last minute issue.

Edit: I forgot to mention this was also on a Saturday!

Went in with my Subaru STi to get a muffler installed and had exceptional service!!! They didn’t tac anything until I was absolutely satisfied with the look. Very professional and courteous and did a fantastic job. Will definitely be back for other car related issues that come up! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worst customer service ever! Was charged $577.34 to change an alternator, which included $50 in shop supplies!! When I called two other Minute Mufflers (after the fact) for a quote prices were $339 and $390. When I called to discuss the cost of the bill with a manager I was transferred to Donny who was extremely rude, disrespectful and not helpful at all! I asked him for a phone number for head office and he told me to google it! When I asked for answers about the job that was done he told me he didn't know and even though he is the manager it wasn't his job to find out. After calling another Minute Muffler who was much more helpful, I got a phone number for someone who could help me. He told me it was Minute Mufflers policy to charge 15% of labour for shop supplies.... Not the 10% of total bill that Donny told me. When I called back to Jason (the owner) to let him know how Donny treated me and that I was upset over the cost of shop supplies, the fact the part was bought for $260 and he charged me $379 and the labour cost was $120 for less than 20 minutes of work, he was equally as rude as Donny. I find it hard to believe that in the time it took the tow truck to drive my husband to a bank machine, the mechanic, tested alternator, waited for one to be delivered, and changed it. He agreed to adjust the cost of the shop supplies to 15% of labour but is now increasing the labour from 1 hour to 1.2 hours. So basically, he originally gave me a deal on labour and charged for 1 hour when it really only took 20 minutes, now he is charging more for labour to compensate himself for lowering the shop supplies! Would never go back there! Jason also own Titan Towing, so beware if you break down, they will tell you Minute Muffler is the only shop open!
