We arrived from Ontario, in need of an oil change. We didn’t have an appointment, but the owner, Jason, immediately took us in and serviced our vehicle. Friendly people, thorough work. Even checked that the tires were properly inflated and the lug nuts were tight. Our car loved the attention ☺️ and so did we.

I had my windshield replaced under warranty and when I received my car back, there are multiple chips in the passenger side pillar. Initially, I only asked for an acknowlment they made a mistake as my spouse would repair it on his time but they denied it. I then requested the work order for the notes taken of any damage before my car went in, and the installer noted a chip, not multiple. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, I was disregarded and no action taken. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Wow, my first review that comes from just a phone call. I call and ask about scheduling an oil change, person answers and I ask my question. Answer, "Sorry, that wouldn't be today....." and promptly hangs up on me. That's pretty rude. I was hesitant to call based on the reviews, and now I see why.

I had to have my vehicle inspected and oil changed. The owner was there and was polite and despite he was soo busy and every lift had cars n trucks on it he was honest promised 2 hours and I was done quickly within 1.5 hours. They even said to come back after 90 miles so they will check and ensure the torque was rechecked on my wheel nuts free... just to be safe. I did return 3 days later and he was good to his word sent a mechanic outside checked them all . I was gone in 15 minutes so I recommend Speedy Auto Service to my friends.

I can tell you responsibly that I won't be going to this store again and I don't recommend anyone to. I made an appointment in advance and arrived at the appointed time. When I got there, the boss told me that the maintenance would take two hours, and when I returned to check after an hour, my car was still parked in place. None of the front desk staff spoke to me, I just saw blankness in their eyes. The boss told me that it might be two or three hours before my car's turn. I now really regret not looking at the Google reviews ahead of time, it caused me to waste an afternoon. This is the worst service I have experienced in the city. Again, I don't recommend anyone to come to this shop. Unless you think your time and money are worthless.

Took my car here on a recommendation from a family member, after another shop refused to even touch it.
The staff at Speedy had no problem taking it in, and getting the job done. A1 customer service, and bonus points because they took some time after hours on a Friday to get the job finished, so it didn't get left all weekend. Will definitely continue to give them business, and they will get my recommendation !

my problem or its just how they run the business ? I arrived at 8:30 as my appointment, there were a couple of staff in the bay but they refused to do anything without the person in charge who showed up like 45’ after. The person in charge then informed me that my car could not be completed by the next 30’ for an oil change. I came for their business name “Speedy” but I have to think again. Not recommended at all for people who have low tolerance on time dismanner like me.
